Surprisingly delightful. As far as chains go, blows Dunkin out of the water and may even beat Starbucks for me.
I ordered an Iced Latte with 1 pump of cinnamon and 1 pump of vanilla, which the worker told me is basically a less sweet Kings Cake Coffee.
It is SO good. The espresso tastes smooth, the flavor profile was delicious.

The place is cute. It has a modern café vibe which invites you to sit and relax. Good amount of seating available and plenty of parking. Love the corner with the couch and the lighting is beautiful. Clean place The food is premade which is a and the pastries don’t taste fresh but the coffee is pretty good The fried dough with sugar on top was super sweet but the iced chai tea was okay it could have been stronger flavor. Overall I would go back for the coffee and the peaceful ambiance!

I recently heard about this new coffee shop and decided to check it out today. The coffee quality and taste were absolutely amazing. I’d honestly say it’s better than Starbucks. The atmosphere is excellent too, so cozy and welcoming. You can really feel the difference when it’s owner-operated versus a big corporate chain. Forgot to mention pastries are so delicious.

Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I found out all about Chicory coffee which can be used instead of coffee especially if you’re trying to cut back plus it’s delicious. I got a coffee which was made perfect and I’m a coffee snob so that says a lot. I also got the beignets which were okay. I might like the Mardi gras cake better, will try that next time. Plus the decor and atmosphere are amazing. Definitely check them out.

I am a little of a food snob when it comes to the north bringing “New Orleans” style foods. First time at PJ’s. My only New Orleans experience with Beignets are at Cafe du Monde. Well PJ’s has franchised to CT and I had the small order of beignets (3) and the spinach feta croissant. Both were excellent. I was not disappointed, beignets were made to order. I dont drink coffee so I can’t comment on how that is, but if I did they have a good variety of delicious sounding flavors. I did try the peach palmer, was actually good considering it wasn’t as sweet as I anticipated. Will be a frequent customer for sure.

I Had a coffee date here and this place is definitely a cute spot with good coffee. Enjoyed the king cake velvet ice drink and a Carmel cold brew iced coffee with cold foam. Also had to grab a beignet with chocolate dipping sauce. The Service was fast and friendly. Drinks and food were tasty.

Comfortable spot to chat with friends with a high quality and reasonably priced coffee. Food options are decent but not amazing, but the vibes make up for that. Friendly and welcoming service. Great spot to hang out for a few hours with a friend.

Excellent white hot chocolate! So good I want to try more, but am addicted to it! Really, next up a Cuban Sandwich. Their people make this visit a real happy moment in my day. So attentive with a real conversation, quick turnaround in getting my not chocolate, I want you to hang around and write. Calm, smiles, and the owner is so helpful and interesting. She’s picked and trained her people who all appear happy to be there, allowing my interaction with them to be very enjoyable, guaranteed to be do upon my next visit.
