Definitely in the top 3 places for best pizza in NWA. Their prices are kinda high but they come with their high end ingredients and top notch flavor. I’d highly recommend their Vodka Pie! Staff is always very friendly and service is typically fast. Definitely expect a wait if you come during peak times as it’s very popular for good reasons. They give you a little pager if there’s a wait which is nice so you can walk around the cute area. Overall they have Great pizza and amazing Italian food as a whole.

Definitely get on the waitlist on a Saturday night, before you leave your home/hotel. The wait was very long, but the pizza was fresh, the caesar salad delicious. We got the My Spicy Italian Boyfriend, would recommend!

Best pizza we’ve found in NWA and the chicken parmesan what is excellent and the pasta was cooked al dente. Great service everyone was friendly and made our dining experience want us to come back sooner than later. Make sure you try the tiramisu.

Zac the bar manager gave us an amazing rundown and insight into their handmade daily pasta. Tried the pistachio Alfredo…best pasta experience I have ever had. Pitcher of Peroni and a North End pie. Finished off with espresso. Make sure to make reservations this place is a well known gem!

Probably the best pizza in Northwest Arkansas – but I don’t really enjoy it. Understandably, it doesn’t hold a flame to east coast pizza. The integrity of the crust just isn’t there in terms of taste, texture, or structural support (lol). The thin slices can’t be folded because they flop/collapse downwards, and the toppings fall off pathetically (why are the sausages not crumbled/baked more into the cheese & instead are placed on top of the pie like marbles?). I feel like I’m losing at pinball whenever I try to hold a slice. You end up looking like you’re in the Goofy Movie trying to take your first bite.

Notably, the prices of the pizzas make me cringe & they depreciate my enjoyment considerably. I can imagine that importing quality ingredients is costly, but I just can’t mentally justify paying $23 for a flaccid cheese pizza when I could wait and pay $14 for a large cheese pizza that knocks my socks off back in NJ/NYC. The flavor is there in terms of sauce, but for me, I would need a pizza to be a slam dunk to feel OK shelling out that kinda cash.

That being said, I honestly look forward to going to Pizzeria Ruby- just not for the pizza. I would instead recommend getting the chicken parm & pasta dishes- they are well-made and fairly priced (though you shouldn’t expect many leftovers). I love that they have vodka sauce here. I also order the meatballs on the side & they’re super flavorful and moist. I also loved the cannoli when they offered it!

Less objective feedback:
The service has not impressed me, & it’s not the most welcoming space. 3 out of the 4 times that I dined in, I felt uncomfortable trying to get seated when my table was ready because the staff was viscerally standoffish/inattentive to the point I felt insulted. The initial sour vibes were also felt by my parties, but our servers were always professional & good at their jobs after being seated. Maybe something can be done to ease FOH stress with seating (not sure if my encounters were with diff servers or the hostesses). I wouldn’t normally say anything but it’s happened 3/4 times and it is off-putting lol.

The atmosphere is nice in terms of lighting/aesthetics. It feels crowded like a pizza parlor, but you’re not sitting on top of one another. The extensive wait times are pretty rough so it’s best to get there early & join the digital queue as there’s nothing to do nearby except wait in your car.

Lastly, I appreciate the business investing in their community. Their donations to AIRE, their stance against ICE, & their industry nights are other positive things that ensure I keep coming back.

OH, MY GOODNESS!!!!! I’ve been seeing this place on Facebook and today was my day to stop in. I got a pizza to go and it was fabulous! I had interactions with three of the employees and I could not be more impressed! They were all knowledgeable and so kind and professional. There are many places to eat in NWA and this is a long drive for me, but I will be back for the great food and great people. Highly recommend. I love this place!

Good food overall. The pasta servings are quite small so I finished and was still a bit hungry. The pizza was good and Pizzarua Ruby seems to use homemade marinara which gives thr pizza a unique but pleasant taste. Service wasn’t the greatest since we were seated without menus and silverware and had to ask for both when our server came. My wife’s salad was at the table before the silverware was. The atmosphere is good with upbeat music being played. It is a bit loud for conversation but other tables won’t know what you’re talking about.

Such good pasta and pizza! It’s not cheap like some “fast food” pizzas but it is worth the money and the wait.

The music was loud but it is a fairly small place so I think it has to be; so you’re not a part of the next table’s conversation 10/10

Absolutely so good, from the cheese calzone to the chicken parm, pizza, the almond cappuccino all the way to the gelato! The wait is long but SO worth it!! I would recommend getting there to line up before it opens or off times, mid afternoon, to help beat the rush!

Every meal I’ve had at Pizzeria Ruby has exceeded expectations. The Pistachio Alfredo is an umami flavor bomb with the lemon providing the perfect balance. Their service and hospitality is top tier. Even during rush periods the team at Pizzeria Ruby treats you like family.
