The pizza is really good. I am giving this place 4 stars only because the wait was way to long. We waited 1 hour to get our pizza, and I had to stand up from the table and go to front to ask for our food after asking already twice. For the rest would have been the perfect spot to get pizza after the catacombs tour.

Found this place by accident and were very happy with the food and service. It’s a tiny and somehow dark place inside, but in the tented terrace it’s great and they have gas heaters. The only minus they smoke in there. Pizza was delicious, as well as pieces from Angolo Frittura, coffee great.

The best pizza I’ve ever tried. The dough is elastic, thin in the middle with a very tasty crust on the side. Fresh tomatoes, delicious ingredients, a flavour you’d not easily forget. We were pointed to as the place to go. We did. Multiple times. You should too. You can thank me later

Well where should i start…

We ordered 2 pizzas and drinks. While we got our drinks immediately we waited ONE HOUR for the pizzas to come!

But yet we were convinced that those pizzas were worth waiting! When we finally got them I was really disappointed!

I ordered a Funghi pizza and they didnt even use fresh champions. I am sure they just opend a can -.- as a result the pizza was covered in water…

The tomato-sauce tasted like the one you buy in a supermarked! Also the cheese felt more like plastic than like actual cheese while chewing it 🙁

And talking about freshness – what is this little green thing supposed to be?

Maybe it was just our food but I will not recommend this place.

Roberto is very friendly and makes delicious pizzas very quickly for a fair price. He guided us to the take-away price list when we would have readily paid the dine-in prices without question; honest establishment! This pizzeria is a gem in a somewhat scruffy part of the town.

Good neighborhood pizza joint, I must say I personally prefer the OG Concettina ai Tre Santi over this, but if you’re in the area and don’t want to wait in line for Concettina, then this is a decent alternative.

We did wait a bit longer than usual to be served, but was worth it! The folded and fritta (fried) pizza was unlike any other pizza we’ve had, would definitely go again. Very reasonable prices too.

It’s a convenient stop right at the feet of the catacombs of San Severo, but other than that don’t expect much.

We ordered a margharita, plus red wine and natural water. After the meal an espresso, of course. That was a good one.
