Had an interview today at 9:30. When applied add said up to 13.50 for crew members. With 25 years customer service experience including fast food was told 13. Was invited to orientation tomorrow (Sat) and explained I could do that, BUT my availability each week was anything BUT the Sabbath/Saturdays due to my spiritual beliefs. I explained that I have weekend availability-Fridays and Sundays and was told that I would not be able to come to orientation now. She suggested after my legal disagreement that she could transfer my application to another McDonald’s. Unfortunately my car is a 98 and this one is the only one in town and is within walking distance. Not sure how this is okay? The reason why I can not find work being educated and having experience and weekend availability.

We asked specifically if we could have freshly cooked fries so we ordered a large fry. What we got was a 3/4 filled box of cold fries. I asked for a cheeseburger with extra pickles. What I got was a cheeseburger with pickles clumped on the side. Other food was not much better. We spent $35.00. I would like a refund and we drove back around but line was really long.

Let’s be honest, it’s McDonald’s so you don’t go there with high expectations. This one time in particular I actually got my order right and everything was in the bag that I paid for! As for the other times, it took a walk Inside to straighten things out. If the drive through line is short when you pull into the parking lot, you best belive you’re still going to be in that line for a hot minute. If it wasn’t for this place being in a convenient location for me to get to my kid wouldn’t be eating McDonald’s.

I ordered a Big Mac and received one that was prepared by someone who takes pride in their work. Usually, I order Big Macs from other locations, and they look like a big sloppy mess, though they always taste awesome. My Big Mac was pristine, and the portions of ingredients were perfect. Its presentation was good enough to be on a Mcdonalds commercial. I shoulda taken a photo, but I couldn’t resist tearing into that bad boy. Well done

Went inside with my children. This place has flies, and flies means dirty and unsanitary. There is mold on the floors and mold on the soda machine. Nothing looks like it’s been cleaned for a long long time. It is disgusting inside, so disgusting that I’m never eating at this Mc Donald’s again. It is filthy inside and there is no order with the managers and co workers. Someone needs to contact the health department that’s how dirty this place is. Flies from landing on the lights have left nasty residue on the lights above tables.

This McDonald’s was completely empty of customers but there was a slow trickle of drive thru customers from the interstate. I walked in and there was about 8 crew members behind the front counter just chatting. Once they realized I was there they took my order. The dining room had just been mopped and standing water everywhere. Dirty footprints in the mop water. I asked for a large drink and while using the drink machine a medium sized roach came crawling out from under the lids shelf. I turned to look over at the crew and they were all just chatting again.

Be prepared to check your order before leaving if you go through drive thru or carry out. They constantly get orders wrong at this McDonalds. Also, don’t expect much care or concern when informing them about missing items from your order.

I’m an old McDonald’s alumni. Worked in the 6th McD’s to open in the state of NY. I never liked the mgr. back then but always think of him in a positive way now. He always said ” IF YOU LEAN, YOU CAN CLEAN”. The rest room was disgusting. The crew was leaning but NOT cleaning, and to top it off my fish fillet wasn’t edible. I’ve been a McD’s for about 60 yrs and strongly suggest new management, or pull franchise.
