Amazing food! Had gluten free, vegan cheese option. Would highly recommend! The line was out the door, so make sure to go early. Very popular place.

Another perfect dinner. Great service, excellent food, delightful atmosphere- couldn’t ask for anything more. This isn’t typical pizza – it is what I would call “craft pizza”. Tastefully appointed with a paring of toppings in the right quantity with the right amount of cheese and sauce – basically a pizza you would be proud of if you made it yourself. And of course their beer selection is quite nice too.

We’ve been to Pizzeria Luba many times and have always enjoyed the food, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

We were seated at the bar for a little over two hours while waiting for a business client who was running late. During that time, service was extremely lacking. We were only served one glass of water, and after that were essentially ignored. We attempted multiple times to get the attention of servers—including simply asking for ranch—but were refused service and not acknowledged until it was time to bring the check.

We finished eating and paid our bill, and just a couple minutes after crossing the two-hour mark, we were told by Mary that we had been there too long and that our time was “up.” There was no signage, no prior communication about a time limit, and no attempt to handle the situation professionally or kindly. After telling us it was time for us to leave, she then asked if we were “mad,” which felt dismissive and uncomfortable given the way the situation was handled.

We also want to note that we’ve felt rushed out during past visits, but tonight was the first time a server actually said something. That moment made the experience especially frustrating and honestly just sucked.

As small business owners ourselves, we absolutely understand how important reviews are and don’t leave them lightly. However, we felt it was important to share this experience, as being rushed out, ignored during service, and spoken to this way—especially as returning customers—completely overshadowed what used to be a place we enjoyed. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

First timers. Why did we wait so long? Quaint little pizzeria in old town Auburn. They opened at 4, so we arrived at 430. Great table. Had a choice to sit in the bar or dining room. Service was a 10. Beer list it current and all great choices. We started with a Cesar salad with anchovies on the side. We ordered 2 pizzas, the Fat Lou and Cotto. Both were cooked properly and tasted great. Dessert was a couple scoops of gelato. Until next time, certainly won’t be 3 years. Cheers

After a short wait we were seated. The team was warm and friendly. We ordered recommendations from our friends who have previously dined here: Cesar salad, meatballs, margaritas pizza and pizza Lou. Food was fantastic, cooked perfectly!

What an amazing dinner we had. The salads were plentiful and everything is homemade. Strongly recommend trying the blonde mushroom pizza (can’t remember the name). Take Mike’s recommendation and add the homemade general sausage to it – oh my!

The staff is awesome; friendly and very welcoming – even during busy times.

This place is amazing. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The appetizers were great. Good serving sizes and fast friendly service. As a bonus, the pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend

The pizza is good but not “great” like many claim. Nothing bad about it, except the LONG wait and getting a table.

Overall the specials are good because of the way they pair together items and everything is FRESH. overall I would say 4.5 stars!

Arrived at 4:05 PM on Valentines Day. Great service and atmosphere.

The sourdough focaccia is pillowy and amazing.

The meatballs are tender, along with the delicious red sauce that complements so well.

The Honey Badger pizza has such a wonderful balance between spicy and sweet, along with the lovely sopresetta. An absolute game changer!

My girlfriend and I will be returning, to say the least. This place is so good!
