Bottom of the barrel service. I’ve been here numerous times and they’re often out of sauce (especially chick fil a sauce), and even when they have the sauce they forget to add it. The last 3 times I’ve been here they didn’t give me any sauce packets. Today I ordered some nuggets with honey mustard, a sandwich with barbecue sauce, and some extra ketchup, and received none of the sauces. Sometimes, they even forget food items and I have to go back to ask them for it! Also if you order a side like a fruit cup or mac and cheese they don’t give you utensils. On top of all that, the food quality tends to be noticeably worse than off-campus Chick-fil-As, especially in the afternoon. I’ve come here hungry after my 7pm class just to receive stale fries and the most dry chicken sandwich I’ve had in my entire life.

Honestly, I think this place gets dogged on by students. For what it is, and for how many thousands of students go through it a day, it’s actually pretty impressive.
The food is clearly Chick-fil-A, and it may not be the finest establishment in the chain, but it most certainly fits in as one. It’s incredibly fast and efficient, and the staff moves with fervor. All the ordering is either online or on kiosks which makes it go faster as well.
It isn’t a bad establishment, it’s just not the greatest one on the planet. If you really care about the quality of your Chick-fil-A THAT bad, you’re more than welcome to walk back to your car and take the extra time to go to the stores off campus.

We stopped here after a long day at orientation and we enjoyed our visit. This location is very clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. They had forgotten our ice cream and when we went back to the counter to ask about it, they gave us a free cookie. That’s a WIN for me!

You have to order at one of four kiosks (people at the counter will simply ignore you), kiosks often malfunction, line is 20-30min long and people often cut. Seating is difficult to find. Usually out of sauce. Food quality is better at any other chick fil a, and expect them to forget part of your order at any campus location.

Mixed overall repeat experience at the MSC Chick-fil-a. No issues with order customization and food has been consistently good. Aricel has been friendly at the front register each time. Jaylin has also been helpful and kept the orders moving at the pickup counter efficiently even during the intermittent lunch rushes. Good counter customer service experience overall. Most but not all Chick-fil-a menu items are available here. Will eat here again, though two detracting issues noted below.
Aside from being a bit more expensive for convenience, wish this location would offer the standard insulated Chick-fil-a drink cups for the fountain drinks instead of the small generic wax paper Pepsi cups. Have seen them used here for non-fountain drinks, so know they are available.
The single, self-serve fountain drink dispenser also leaks water badly from behind the upper frame all over your hand and cup while trying to dispense the drinks, especially on the left side with Pepsi and Diet-Pepsi. Have reported this a couple times to the roaming Chick-fil-a employee sweeping and cleaning the area when they were nearby but got an indifferent response both times with a, ‘yeah, it does that’, sort of reply. From a food health & safety standpoint, this needs to be serviced and not leaking from inside the unit all over one’s hand, drink, counter, and floor while trying to dispense it.

First, let me state I rarely write reviews. My experience at this Chick-fil-A was so different from every other I go to. I had a very straight forward order: a chicken club sandwich, a fry, and a cup for water. I receive my order and not that I was charged for a fountain drink. I went back and asked for a refund. Instead of accommodating me, she upsold me tea and lemonade. I got the lemonade because it is good and doesn’t have carbonation or corn syrup. But I would have preferred she offered a refund option. Then, I go to eat my food. The fries are half full and the sandwich is cold. I have never had such a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. The takeaway: what did I expect going to a university Chick-fil-A during slow hours reusing unsold sandwiches.

Today I was visiting A&M as a parent for the New Student Conference with my incoming freshman. While my daughter was working on her class schedule with her advisors I went to grab lunch at this chick fila. Lunch is supposed to be included for all attendees (including parents) of the NSC. However, Ryan, the guy who was, i guess “guarding the kiosks” refused lunch to me after I waited in line for almost 30 minutes. He raised his voice at me, refused to even look at or accept my daughter student ID # to show I was here for NSC and said my daughter “had to be present” in order for me to get a meal. Parents and students get split up during NSC for different events so it is not always possible for parents and students to eat together. After contacting the NSC center and verifying my student did NOT have to be present with me, he eventually allowed me to order a meal but with a total condescending attitude and said “I can refuse whoever I want because we are not affiliated with the university”. I’m totally disgusted with the way I was treated by Ryan and it was SO unnecessary for him to treat a visiting parent in this manner. I really hope a manager or somebody from the university does something about how he is treating people. This was not a very “Howdy” welcome attitude that A&M boasts as having. I see that this chick fila’s reviews are really low, probably because of this guy Ryan who seems to be full of himself.

Almost all Chick-fil-A’s offer amazing service and food. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to and had horrible service and could get an order right even after telling them the order twice and then having them ask me to verify certain things like the cheese type and if I wanted extra pickles. It’s not rocket science but they sure acted like it was.
