My wife and I love pizza! Finding great food spots let alone pizza spots is fundamental when traveling or moving to a new city. Doing some research led us to Pizzeria Bianco.

Wow, I am from NY and I tried many good pizzas around in NYC. And this pizza is totally blew my mind with texture and taste. I got non alcoholic ginger beer and margarita pizza. I can tell that pizza was really good. And ginger beer has really strong flavor with good spice. I will miss that pizzeria.

Pizza was very good. Arguably the best crust I’ve ever had and fresh ingredients. But we waited 3 hours for a table. After returning 2.5 hours and asking for an update we were informed of priority in the bar next door. After being seated the staff had 1 focus: to get you out as fast as possible. Also parking is validated in the science center garage and found that out that out the hard way.

Nothing special other than the fact that it is a historical district. Didn’t understand the 2 and a half hour wait…especially after eating what i ordered. I would have definitely not waited that long if i knew the food was just ok. Fortunately, i was able to visit their bar/waiting area while i waited; I liked the atmosphere. Converting a home into a bar/waiting area is quite clever. Don’t understand why the pizza I ordered was $26, definitely overpriced. I used to work at an establishment just like this in Chicago, and we never charged that much for our wood fired pies. The bar was a little pricy as well, averaged around $10 a beer. I’m not sure why it was such a markup, but I didn’t mind because of the atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and I would definitely come back. You are definitely paying for the atmosphere/service and not really the quality of the food/drink. Have definitely had better food and drink prices at other establishments that equal or surpass the ambiance of this place. Overall, it’s still great, and I would definitely recommend it. Just wish you didn’t have to break the bank to enjoy a wood fired pie.

No wait but staff wanted me to go through the process of going out to hostess stand even though there were tables and bar space. Pizza was very good. Ingredients were obviously very fresh and good taste. Cook on pizza was perfect. Red hot pepper flakes served on the side. Some customers got bread before pizza but mine came out pretty fast so no need for it and it wasn’t offered. Drink selection was slim as far non alcoholic. No non soda items. Staff could have been a bit more friendly.

The most famous Pizza spot is Pizzeria Bianco which has a James Beard award winning chef and was featured on the Netflix Show, Chef’s Table Pizza. The vibes are rustic, and we started off with some red wine for the table. Had a salami sandwich which had really good ingredients, but didn’t wow me. We had 3 pizzas which were all very good, and my favorite was the Sonny Boy. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but I wouldn’t mind coming back here and enjoying some pizza again since it was fresh and delicious.

The wait was almost two hours and we arrived shortly after open on a Saturday for 2/3 people. Was it worth it…I can’t say no. The service was great, everyone clearly communicated what was happening AND they offer you a bar/place to wait next door (Bar Bianco). The food was great and I live in NYC so my standards are very high. If you don’t have the time, don’t wait. If you do have the time, you can have some fun. We walked to Superstition for mead down the street and then had a beer at bar bianca as it got closer. A great experience all around!!

We had heard about this place on TV. It did not disappoint. Our family is on a road trip and ate here. The pizza had the best and freshest ingredients. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. We ordered 5 different pizzas and shared them.

It was worth the wait. We had about 1.5 hour wait for a table on a Wed at 1pm. They had a cute bar next door that we waited in. Overall, it’s worth it. Favorite pizza was the pistachio one. A must try!
