We ordered 2 pizzas. One with no cheese. It came covered in cheese. I called the store and the girl who answered never apologized or offered to make it right. Just said I had to contact door dash to get my money back. Only problem is I did t use door dash. It got sub contracted to them from the slice app they made me use and it was a hassle to get my money back. The total lack of concern and not even saying they were sorry means I will for sure never order from them again.

Tasty pizza… I love the BBQ chicken slice. Nice size eat in pizzeria. Has a separate private room for larger parties. Ample free parking spaces. Restroom is available. They also have video games and a casino game along with a quarter drop machine where you can win some funds if you’re lucky while waiting for your order friendly service.

Ordered take out for a bachelor party and couldn’t be more pleased. Lots of compliments on the food. Pizza was hot and delicious. Garlic knots were fantastic and a great size. Awesome value, will definitely order from again when in the area.

Great food. The California Chicken Cheesesteak was awesome. Pizza was delicious as well. Had a slice of cheese and the dough was cooked perfectly. Great pie. Galaga/Pac-Man arcade game in the lobby was a hit with my son.

THIS IS A QUICK SERVICE HOLE IN THE WALL THAT SNEAKILY CHARGES YOU 20 PERCENT EXTRA IF U SIT DOWN TO EAT BUT THERE IS NOT EVEN A SERVER. I would definitely give this place one star but the food was pretty good. Their policies and owner however are completely ridiculous. They charge you a 20% service charge if you have more than 4 people in your party but there is no server or anything. They have a small sign which is not even in front of the register so you don’t notice until you get your bill and realize that they charge you an extra 20%. I came here with My wife and we met 2 other people here so really it was just 2 parties of 2 but mind you this is just a Hole in the wall with Tables and chairs but is really a place for pick up so it’s not like it’s a sit down restaurant by any means so the fact that they charge you 20% when you’re ordering from a counter and sitting down and eating your food is completely taking advantage of customers that don’t see the purposely hidden sign. It’s like you going to arby’s and ordering food to sit down and eat and then charging you 20% on top of your bill. Whoever owns this place clearly lacks business integrity and greedily takes advantage of people that are assuming they’re not going to be charged 20% when they’re ordering from a counter and not getting any type of service

Had a great experience! Food was on point‼️But there’s no surprise there. Best pizzeria in the poconos hands down! Delicious is an understatement customer service was great as well. I showed up a few minutes before closing time and still received top service. Very kind. I ordered the penne alla vodka, chicken alfredo, a couple slices, and some chicken parm pasta for my self. As you can see, it really hit the spot I live about 30 minutes away But i refuse to get pasta from anywhere else. I just wish i would’ve saved some so I could’ve ate it for breakfast lol.
