UPDATE!!!!!!
I’ve been sick all morning this is crazy absolutely crazy and ridiculous
I can’t say enough good things about this place! The pizza is absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked crust, generous toppings, and that amazing sauce that keeps you coming back for more. You can really taste the quality in every bite.
What makes it even better is the management and staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about your experience. They make you feel like family the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the customer service so right.
Highly recommend for anyone craving great pizza and good vibes. Definitely my new go-to spot!
I let it go at first, but when I called again two days later, I spoke with an employee who barely understood English. She transferred me to a gentleman who was not a manager and admitted he had no authority to help me. Despite explaining that this was something I had already been promised months ago, he refused to honor it, gave me attitude, and claimed he could “get fired” for doing so. I seriously doubt that honoring a legitimate customer promise would result in termination.
When I asked if he could simply contact the manager to verify what I was told, he refused multiple times. That is not acceptable customer service. As someone who has worked in the food industry since I was 14, I can confidently say that when a customer calls with a legitimate concern, you verify it with management — even if that means sending a quick text. That’s basic professionalism.
To make things worse, the employee admitted he only took the call because the woman before him “was leaving at 8” and didn’t want to deal with it. That’s beyond unprofessional. If you’re on the phone with a customer, you finish the call before leaving your shift — you don’t just hand it off to someone unqualified.
Nothing has been written down, no action has been taken, and this business continues to make promises it doesn’t keep. The quality has gone downhill completely since the ownership and location changes — the pizza is soggy, oily, undercooked, and the kitchen looks unsanitary.
This is now the fourth issue I’ve had with this place. The customer service is rude, dismissive, and disorganized, and communication is almost impossible. I will not be ordering again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment as well
