Haven’t been here in years the food tastes just how I remember amazing. The chicken tenders are well seasoned and juicy the fries are seasoned nicely as well. I got a side of garlic and cheese dipping sauce as well as cheese sauce for my fries and chicken. The Italian sub was amazing as well the staff is friendly and made my food just how I wanted it. Thanks for not changing such amazing ingredients and the restaurant is clean.

The pizza itself was alright (for Ohio) but like so many other places claiming “NY STYLE” it’s mid compared to anything in NY. One star because I just found a large piece of a plastic grocery bag and a sliver of foil in the middle of the meatball sub. I’ve worked in plenty of kitchens and can’t imagine how you’d build a sandwich and not notice a 1” piece of plastic in it… Just glad I wasn’t feeding this to my baby son. Not planning on ordering from them again. The dingiest pizza spots in NY are better than this.

For our first time we ordered a Classic Large Pepperoni Pizza and an Italian Sub. Pizza was cooked perfectly, it’s a thin NY Style type of pizza. With a small crust which tasted great. Italian sub had quite a bit of lettuce but was overall an ok sub. I like the way this sub was put together meat wise, but I do think it’s missing something. A little bit toastier or even a seasoned or buttered bun. Regardless we were satisfied with pricing and quality. We will be back to try more and update review!

They melt the styrofoam they place your fries in, which is toxic to humans. They put fries that are heated in hot grease and dump them in Styrofoam, can’t believe health inspection hasn’t seen this yet. Manager offered me $2 when I called.. lol

Piazzano’s sell a variety of pizzas. Their meat products are beef. Tasty pizza with their special sauce. The best Stromboli in Columbus. Pizzano’s offers different sizes and various Stromboli as well as pizzas. Their original Stromboli is a modern twist that is very delicious, their Philly cheesesteak is amazing also, and the staff are always friendly whether at the location or delivered. Convenient parking. Not a restaurant.

EDIT: My co worker and I ordered from them again last Friday, when she identified who she was she then handed the phone to me because the Manager had asked if I was there and if they could speak to me. He stated he seen my post and apologized for my unsatisfactory experience and stated he wanted to make it right, offering me a free meat lover’s Stromboli with EXTRA MEAT on it which I will be using this Friday. He also added a free cheesy garlic bread (that was delicious) along with the pizza my coworker ordered that day. We were both blown away and super appreciative with this companys customer service and them being genuinely interested in our satisfaction. They just guaranteed we will be return customers! Also the pizza we ordered was meat lover’s and pineapple with ham, both were pretty good.
Ive eaten here twice now, Me and my coworker got the king gyro the first time, it was pretty good. Loaded with meat that was okay tasting and a ranch sauce that was also just okay but it was filling and did taste good. This time we ordered large Italian strombolis, we were pleasantly surprised with how big it was for 13.99 , it was cooked well, nice melty cheese pull. The only issue me and my co worker had was that its greatly lacking in meat. The picture shows a stromboli bursting with meat in it but as pictured below, it seems as if only one layer was laid down and its mostly just bread and cheese. It tasted okay but the actual product should resemble the picture in your ad, otherwise that’s false advertising. Delivery was quick both times and food arrived hot!

Great pizza!! Ordered a large pep and was really impressed. The sauce ratio was perfect and flavorful, no cheese pulls,where everything slides off. The crust was crispy on the outside with nice softness as well. Quality pepperoni, you can tell it’s not the cheap stuff, as well as the cheese. A gem of a pizza joint these guys have can’t wait to try the stomboli gyros and wings. Reviews say I won’t be disappointed!!
