Friendly service when I picked up. Exactly what I ordered and was made incredibly quickly. Adding them to my list of favorite restaurants based on my experience. They do New York Pizza right. I ordered their pepperoni pizza which was delicious, I couldn’t even finish their medium. I also ordered a massive pepperoni calzone and mozzarella sticks. All of which I’ll be eating on the next couple of days. The portion sizes are large, the food and quality are top notch, the staff were great, and it’s in a really beautiful part of the state. 10/10
Edit: I finished the rest of the pizza, calzone, and mozzarella sticks. All of which were incredible. This place is great.

I ordered a salad here. I was shocked choking on a mouthful of cellophane in the first few bites I reached out. First response from the owner was “ of course no one knows what happened “ and assured that he wanted to make it right. With further concerns expressed I was told it was off of a cucumber. Again I was told he wanted to make it right. However neither time did he offer ANYTHING to make up for choking on plastic hidden in my salad. Not even the standard offer to reimburse us or replace the salad. Absolutely nothing. Just vague“intention” that left me in a place feeling like I had to ASK for some kind of compensation or he wasn’t actually going to DO anything to “make it right” . I don’t feel like I should have to prompt a business owner to do the right thing when they claim that’s their intention and recognize the error is absolutely theirs. I’m glad my money was so easily taken. My dinner ended up in the trash can and empty promises offered as a weak attempt at customer service. So much for not “losing a customer”
Update: I ABSOLUTELY encourage you to post the conversation. Twice you offered to “make it right” but never actually offered a solution. I never got a response with my last email thanking you for taking the time to address my concerns and identify the source of what this little baggie material found in my salad was , after you first response telling me the no one had any idea where it came from . I apologized for any disturbance my concerns may have caused however nearly choking on a wad of plastic was both alarming and disappointing. I expected this would be the part where you put your words into action. However You never once offered to refund my money or to have my order replaced after stating that the source of the plastic did in fact come from YOUR restaurant. I feel like that is the bare minimum standard and I wasn’t expecting anything more than that. Just an edible salad since that is in fact what k paid for. I don’t think it’s unreasonable that you ACTUALLY offer a solution when you’re claiming you wish to fix the problem. So please by ALL MEANS Post the entire conversation. Or I can. It’s no different to me. I stand on what I said

I love Pizzalano! Their pizza is one of my favorites in the area. I love the flavor of it. They have homemade mozzarella sticks with soft gooey mozzarella which are delicious. I have also had their calzone which was incredible. I enjoyed it more than Romano’s! The staff is always super friendly. Definitely a hidden gem I recommend!

Pizza was average. Definitely a place you go on the run. Atmosphere is cold. Like ur run of the mill pizza joint…I can’t say I’d sit and eat..However, I lived in Saratoga County most of my life so this country/rural/Amish towns haven’t grown on me yet. Maybe it won’t..I am definitely a city boy so it’s hard to judge by comparison. Take it with a grain of salt if you will ..Ladies are super nice though and I will try other dishes. Not everything is for everyone. I’m just used to Huge New York pizzas, New York City cheesecake, Etc…priced out of paradise unfortunately.

My biggest downfall about this place is at 83 degrees outside, I want to go into air conditions restaurants and here I sweated while I ate. Had a calzone and it was great (my preference is without the sauce) and garlic bread needed more garlic but overall dinner was good.

Nice clean place with nice people working inside. With that said the pizza I received was tasteless. If you like sausage on your pizza this is not your place at the moment. If you zoom in on my picture you’ll see very very fine crumbles of sausage. Everyone likes everything different but this pizza wasn’t anywhere near to my liking.

I ordered 2 pizzas and 25 wings. Which came out to almost $80. The wings are comparable to domino’s. Barely any meat and little to no taste. The pizza was okay, again comparable to domino’s. I won’t be ordering again, food was way over priced and just not worth it. It makes you miss the old pizza places in the area.

Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean. My kids had pizza and mozzarella sticks and I got a calzone which was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back!

We ordered a large pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks it came up to $75, we were told it would be ready at 525, we got there at 526, paid and drove 7 minutes home. When I picked up the pizza box it didn’t feel warm by time we got home our pizza was completely cold, the mozzarella sticks were cold and flimsy, and the wings were so small with barely any meat on them and not much flavor definitely not worth $75
