Last time I order from here. Had issues previously, never ready when it is supposed to be, no different tonight, waited 20 minutes. We order and pay online ahead of time. Funny how everyone who needed to pay instore where all ready on time.

We’ve ordered from pizza nova for years and switched over a month ago and the pizza was absolutely amazing and today we picked up two pizzas. It is so soggy and there’s no tomato sauce on the party size pizza or the small pizza and barely any flavour!

We are so disappointed we can barely hold it up and eat it. It’s falling apart .
I would’ve liked to of been compensated for my pizzas so that I could give them another try!

My recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for pickup, confirmed for 6:39 PM. I arrived at 6:49 PM and was told it would be another 10 minutes; the pizza wasn’t ready until 7:15 PM.
When I went to pay, I discovered the order was incorrect. I showed them my order confirmation as proof, but they claimed they never received the order. After a significant delay followed by a wrong order, I was so frustrated that I just left. My time was completely wasted.

Had a fantastic experience at this location today! The pizza was delicious, with plenty of fresh, generous toppings, and the crust had great flavor. Despite a couple pizza ovens roasting, the air con was strong and it was releiving to dine in during the hot summer day. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which really added to the overall atmosphere.
We ordered a large amount of food — about 4 large pizzas and 12 pops — and were pleasantly surprised that it was very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity we received.
Thank you for a great dining experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Absolute joke, cannot complete a simple order for the life of them. ordered a coca cola, received a CHERRY COKE, a VERY obviously different drink (looks and especially taste), whatever. Then, they told me they didnt even put mushrooms on my pizza!!! and only said that when they delivered it instead of calling and asking if thats ok! and they still charged for the mushrooms!!! such small things that are so easy to do, they cant! learn how to read the orders you recieve!!! skip this place order from somewhere else this franchise is a joke.

Pick up fast food eatery’s need to understand that they are not service industry where a server gets you drinks, food, etc
A cook hands you the food and you give it to customers. I understand a tip jar, for anyone that feels obliged.
And when the owners/family are working you should be bypassing the tip option when handing over debit machine.
