Amazing service! On a Saturday night, during the peak restaurant hours, we ordered for pickup. The order was made fast and we received the email alert the order was ready. Upon pickup I double checked the order, and there was a concern on my end. I had ordered a round of the boneless chicken, and one of the pieces was not to my satisfaction (very tiny and fried hard). I was splitting the chicken between my little kids so I had to have equal amounts of chicken. I told the employee my concern, showing him the box with the issue, and he understood. He said mam, this will take a few minutes but we will get it remade. I said I only need the one piece, the others are fine. He said, we are making it right for you. They handed me a fresh box of the boneless chicken bites, as well as the original box. He said please have a great night and give the extras here now to your kiddos. This simple act of making the issue right for my kids and I will forever be remembered. Outstanding service from the Manager and team at Dominos on Army Trail road. There was also a line of customers, and it was busy there. They took the time and had patience and understanding of the situation. Thank you Dominos! We will continue to use your location regularly, and so will our family and friends. Great service!!!

Good deal price. Order 3 pizza. The 2 sausage pizzas were burnt and sauceless. Tried calling several times when i got home no answer and the email option does not work. Maybe could be because there was only 1 person working. But never again will I order from here

This location is extremely poorly managed. I was told the estimated wait time would be 19–29 minutes, but after 35 minutes they told me it would be another 15. When I complained, the response was basically, “That’s everybody, not just you,” with no effort to make things right while I waited.
While sitting there, I overheard a phone call from a customer complaining their pizza had been delivered with no cheese at all. That says a lot about quality control here. Slow, careless, and dismissive. Never again. As I’m typing this, I’m waiting on my pizza, and it’s been more than 15 min since they had said it will be another 15. Zero respect for other people’s time. Sadly, won’t be back.

I place an order on the app it says it’ll be ready in 35 to 45 minutes I get there and they tell me it’s going to be another half hour. then on the app it says my pizza is ready but it’s not, they say oh it’s just the app. they say look on the board that’s the order it’s in, my name is not on the board so no pizza. after waiting over an hour. Then they say are you sure you ordered at the right location? really!! so if you love waiting forever for your pizza and then never getting it you’ll love this place plenty of other pizza options out there go somewhere else you’ll thank me

I placed an order at 10pm and received confirmation at 10:07 that the “manager” Alyssa began to prep it. Imagine my surprise when 10:30 rolls around and there is no update. I call the store on 3 separate occasions and am on hold (total) for almost 40 mins. No answer —- At this point it’s already after 11:30 and my husband arrives at this location and the inept “manager” very childishly hides in the back and motions to my husband that they’re closed, to which he responds my order was placed over an hour ago and she said “well we don’t have any orders and we’re closed.” not only did she blatantly lie to my husbands face (when I have the email confirmation and a screenshot showing that ordered had said it was being prepared at 11:25) but she was all ready to leave and pretend i hadn’t placed my order almost 2 hours prior. 0 out of 5 stars for this location and their childish manager. She didn’t even offer my husband a refund or anything. She just played dumb.

Called ahead and they told me 10-15 minutes waited for 10 minutes and they said the wait was going to be 15 more minutes.
Their board showed 1-5 minutes
Just be honest with the wait time and let the customer make their decision based on facts.
