Caesar salad & garlic cheese bread appetizers delicious. Meatball parmigiana sub & chicken bacon ranch pizza also delicious. Meatballs & dough for sure made in house, good job. The bacon on the pizza appeared to be turkey bacon idk but whatever it was good. Our waitress was very nice, fairly priced food for the quality.

I was driving home and passed Pizzaioli Italian Cuisine and decided to give it a try since I’d never been there before. It looks like one of those hole-in-the-wall places that could be a hidden gem… unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
When I walked in, there was one lady ordering at the register and no hostess or sign explaining how things worked. Since it was my first time and there was only one person dining in, I assumed you order at the counter. I told the employee working the register that I’d never been there before and asked for a menu. I ordered a chicken parm sub and sat myself at a table to dine in.
While I was waiting, the employee came over and said my to-go order was almost ready. I let her know I was planning to eat there and didn’t realize it had been put in as a to-go order. This was never mentioned or asked when I ordered, even after I specifically said it was my first time there. I was then told I wasn’t allowed to dine in because the order had already been put in as to-go and that it was “the boss’s rule.” I had even left a tip when I ordered.
So I was essentially forced to sit in my car and eat my food. To make matters worse, the chicken parm sub was burnt to a crisp and barely edible.
Overall, it was just a terrible experience from start to finish. Confusing service, poor customer handling, and bad food. I will not be returning. Picture of my chicken parm sandwich(taken from my car since i was forced to eat there) below

Stopped in for the first time, there were 4 of us, our waitress was super nice and fun! (I hate that I forgot her name) and then Jackie showed up and they were the best duo!!! Sat to the 11th Oct. around 4pm.
All the food we ordered, wings, garlic knots (I would order these on a daily!) salad, loaded fries, Philly cheesesteak sub, (the bread!!) and I think it was a
Stromboli or calazone (my friend ordered) so not sure, anyway, I loved all of it, so good I won’t wait so long to go again! Didn’t get a pic of the salad, wings, or loaded fries but trust when I say, the whole experience was so good!!!

Ordered a large Margherita Pizza and Twisters with pepperoni for pickup. Everything was great. The marinara that came with the twisters is excellent. It was made with fresh ingredients that were distinct and nothing like premade jar, canned, or bagged sauce. FYI the twister order description said it came with a topping but gives no options to choose from. I just wrote “pepperoni topping” under special request and the order was completed as requested.

This is the best Italian food I’ve had in Pensacola!! I try something new every time I go! Today I had the Spinach Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce and it did not disappoint!!
