My first trip was a warning—one I didn’t heed. Chipotle has become a masterclass in charging premium prices while cutting basic fundamentals. No utensils available—apparently, customers are expected to eat with their hands, like this is a medieval feast. The brown rice was borderline inedible: uncooked, dry, clumped, and clearly sitting far past its prime, doing the exact opposite of what rice is supposed to do, even with salsa heaped on top of it for rehydration. To top it off, there was no Tabasco or any hot sauce whatsoever, stripping the food of the only thing that reliably salvages Chipotle’s bland execution. When a restaurant can’t provide utensils, properly cooked rice, or basic condiments, it’s no longer “fast casual”—it’s just careless.

Very disappointed with this Location. They ran out of meat, I had to wait 5mins and stingy with the portions. I asked for extra lettuce, cheese and this is what I got. The person at the register (Sofia) was very rude. I said thank you after my purchased and she didn’t acknowledge me.

This review isn’t really about the food because the food was good customer service was good it wasn’t great but it was good no complaints it really is more about how Chipotle treats their employees when it comes to their lunch breaks how do you make your employee stand in line to wait to order his food while he has already clocked out time is running by the time he actually gets to pay for his meal sit down and eat his break is over how do you do this to your employees how do you treat them like this @Chipotle they deserve to get their meal before they clock out so they actually have their full break to be able to relax and rest since they’ve been standing on their feet all day do better … establishments like these make me never want to come back

The outside tables were pleasant, and it was a sunny day. It was a great atmosphere to share some great-tasting food.

The cashier Sofia was really rude and over charged us. She didn’t tell us that the promo was one each so she just overcharged us and when I asked about it she was rude and snarky

It’s clean people are nice , I always get my food to go, next to all the Hotspots in the plaza. Food is good , parking can be a pain because it’s shared with a plaza , outdoor sitting available that’s apart of the plaza . It was about 29.00 for two bowls , chips and Salsa and 2 pineapple orange banana juices which was pretty fire . So it’s very affordable, and somewhat healthy . And it’s vegetarian friendly. I got the salad bowl with tofu and white rice.

Got home with my burrito bowl, and its 1/4 empty. Skimpy portioning is one thing, but at least cover the entire bottom of the bowl. Food was legitimately cold, and it took me 5 minutes to get home. Avoid this location.

Honestly the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had the misfortune of patronizing. It was 5:30pm on a Saturday, and was told that three different meats were unavailable, there was no rice (???), no cheese, and no guacamole. I understand supply chain issues and assumed they just had none at all. Surprise surprise, as soon as my daughter made her selection of the limited options available, one employee told the one serving us that “you can go ahead and restock.” Why not tell me you need a minute to restock, if I want to wait 5-10 minutes for all options to be available, etc. Literally anything other then telling me they weren’t available and then replenishing after I am about to pay would have been a better option.
Save your time, money, and frustration and skip this Chipotle altogether. Spend another 5-10 minutes and visit another location.
