I reach the doors, not even getting to open them before I inhale the aroma of freshly fired pizza. Entering the building only makes the scent stronger and my hunger grow. I walk to the rear of the establishment to the large ‘order here’ sign where I am greeted by two delightful gentlemen who take my (and my sister’s) order. The pizza was finished cooking before I could even finishing paying and get my drink. This place is a safe haven for thin crust pizza lovers who hate to share.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the time it took to get my pizza, and the options for toppings for the price. As a serious pizza lover, I didn’t absolutely love it, but it wasn’t bad at all. It was a little floppy for a thin crust. I expected some crunch to it, but it was still ok. The crispy edges were good.

Staff is great. They are helpful and patient. The food is made fast although the lunch rush can add some delays. They offer 7 types of pizza or you can make your own. There is a good variety in the pizzas offered. Pizza tastes great and makes for a filling meal for one. Small meal for two if you are looking to split a pizza. Prices are reasonable for a fast casual pizza joint. Gluten Free crust is available for an extra $1.

It can take a little while to have your order taken but it is really quick once your order goes in. My favorite pizza is the Chicago. Seems whatever pizza has the garlic sauce or the pesto is pretty popular too.
Also, the lunch special is pretty a good deal M -F

Staff VERY friendly and entertaining. The PIZZA was delicious. We are visiting for Transplant Games of America. They gave us little scratch off coupons for next visit. We will be back while on the trip. Prices aren’t bad and quality is great.

Review is about bad service. I ordered online for pickup and when I got there they just started my order. The food is pretty good but these guys just work way too slow. I talked to them and they’re good guys but they don’t have any sense of urgency or customer service experience. The place was empty and they were taking to long. Note the pizza is fresh to order so.it takes 3 mins in the oven, but it shouldn’t take 5 mins to assemble. It shouldn’t take more than 2 mins to assemble.

Terrible customer service. Got on line with about five or six people ahead of me. No exaggeration, 30 minutes waiting and the line had not moved at all. Only one pizza came out. Gross misuse of staff personnel – three people: one standing around doing nothing, one prepping dough to be rolled, one standing by oven and putting pizza in box. Where was management? I don’t know if the workers were untrained or just completely incompetent. The pizza might be good but I can’t say because I never got to try it.

What can you say about PizzaFire? It’s an ok place to go for pizza, especially if you work downtown. The quality of the ingredients are good. The crust is EXTREMELY thin. I also think for what you get it is way over priced. If you do go get the spicy sauce for sure.

The BEST PIZZA around. They make it fresh before your eyes and you have a great selection of sauces and toppings then they fire it up for you in just 3 minutes. Great place to go before a game or while downtown.

The food was pretty good and the delivery was quick. My only problem was that I was not able to order drinks on their mobile website. I called the restaurant to see if I could just order over the phone or add drinks to my order and the guy on the other end basically said “yeah there should be a tab for drinks on the website”. Me: “no, there’s not”……(silence)….. Him: “alright have a good night” (click)
