The first time my husband and I ordered wings from here, they were amazing! We ordered again a few weeks ago, but the wings were incredibly dry and the sauce was wrong. I called the next day to express my frustration, and the manager was very polite and professional! He put enough credit on my account so we could reorder the same wings. We reordered them yesterday and the wings were just as delicious as the first time we got them! Overall, great service and tasty food

I’m from southern NY and was surprised to find a lack of NY style pizza in Dunkirk. Although Pizza Village isn’t the type of pizza I was looking for, it is its own thing and BY FAR the only pizza worth getting in Dunkirk/Fredonia. The staff from phones, to pickup windows (yes, a pickup window!), and delivery drivers are always friendly and helpful. They’ve got all the topping a NY pizzeria should have (ricotta, sardines, homemade garlic butter instead of the liquid canola oil crap), and their crust is delicious. Long Islanders leave your preconceptions behind and enjoy this delicious pizza on its own terms. There are some minor consistency issues one out of ten times, but I think it’s a particular cook because the mistakes are always the same. In those days the red sauce is so thick the cheese drowns and slides off and ricotta is spread like thick mayo under the cheese instead of delicious textural dollops. This is easily rectified though and I’ll be calling tomorrow to bring it up.
Ingredients are fresh, crust (and I never eat crust) is amazing, and staff is standout. Whenever my picky LI pizza eaters come to town this is where we get pizza and they all enjoy it. Also, the give you no flack about substitutions and special orders, and it’s always perfectly cooked. No doughy mess or overcooked cheese here.
I could go on and on, but my only complaints are that it’s different than the pizza of my childhood. That’s not a knock, it’s a plus. They make their own style of pizza to perfection and are proud of it.
Oh, one last thing: your Beef on Weck is great, but you need to give ramekins of au jus about twice as big to enjoy the sandwich.
Small issues, easily rectifiable, and not enough to keep me from coming back and recommending it to me friends. Dunkirk staple. All the other pizza in this area is junk.

They took down first review gave 2 stars because server was nice. First off it’s conveyor belt pizza no pizza oven. Wich blew my mind for the area. The sauce is bland gave me heart burn all night. And doe not cooked all way and they got order wrong. My buddy got wings wich he ate 1

Saw this place on our way back from Hamburg, NY and decided to give it a try. So glad we did. Plenty of booth and table seating. Diner style decor. A large variety of food options ranging from sandwiches, pizza, wings and fingers to tacos and salads. They have beer on tap and even have homemade milkshakes. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We ordered the small Veggie pizza, small Supreme pizza, and a small regular order of butter garlic breadsticks. Everything arrived piping hot. Overall, great place for pizza and beer.

Visiting from CNY, had a cheese pizza with a stuffed crust and it was the best pizza I’ve had in a loooong time. Thick, chewy crust, rich sweet sauce and a generous amount of rich cheese. The four of us destroyed a large and an order of chicken tenders, which were well-prepared and generous in size. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.
