I’m really disappointed with my order tonight. I called ahead to ask for dairy-free cheese on a gluten-free pizza since the app doesn’t give that option. The girl who answered actually hung up on me the first time, and when I finally got through, the pizza they made was burnt.

For how expensive their gluten-free and dairy-free options are, I expected way better. I couldn’t even eat it. Really frustrating experience and not okay to treat customers like that.

My pizza was both missing a main item for which I paid extra, and burnt. Door Dash stated that they would only give me a 5 dollar refund because I actually received the food, and when I called the restaurant to explain that I would like either another pizza or a refund, the woman hung up on me, telling that she had nothing in her system, and the next time I ordered, to call and let her know and she would give me the topping for free. I told her I am staying in a hotel and not from town, and wouldn’t be coming back, and she hung up, telling me to contact Door Dash.

We pre-ordered our pizzas four hours in advance for pickup, but the person taking the order didn’t handle it properly. Instead of paneer, we were given a chicken pizza. We had to return it to get the correct one. Then, even after ordering Achari Paneer, we were given barbecue pizza instead. The taste was off—overly sweet and nothing like what we asked for. We also ordered Palak Pesto, but were given some other paneer pizza that was again very sweet and not what we ordered.

The second issue was with the pricing. We were told that paying by card adds an extra 3.5%. Online, a large pizza is listed at $23.99, but in person we were told it was $27 and that the website is “wrong.” Two pizzas should have been about $54, but we were charged $60. When I asked about it, they said it was sales tax—which would have been fine—but when I asked for a receipt, they refused, saying “cash order, no receipt.” I was in a rush and didn’t argue, but it felt very strange.

I’ve had Pizza Twist in Issaquah and absolutely loved it, so I assumed this location would be similar. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem trustworthy or attentive. She said the orders got “mixed up,” but I was the only customer there at the time. If she had taken the order properly, none of this would have happened.

No one enjoyed the pizzas, especially the barbecue one—with an overpowering barbecue sauce and way too much sweetness, and it wasn’t even what we ordered.

Never ordering from here again.

The French fries were completely inedible — stale, frozen-tasting, and oddly reminiscent of cleaning chemicals. I ended up throwing them out. The wings and samosas were only slightly better, though they carried the same off flavor. The “date sauce” for the samosas tasted more like a generic BBQ sauce.

The pizza itself was the only redeeming part: think Domino’s-quality crust with Indian-style toppings. It was decent, but nothing remarkable. Overall, it felt like most of the meat and sides came straight from the freezer and were just assembled.

Bottom line: If you order here, stick to the pizza. The sides are not worth it.

Had a horrible experience. I ordered achari chicken for takeout. They had fish instead of chicken on their pizza! Initially I thought they gave me the wrong order but when I called them they said they gave me chicken only and that this batch of their chicken order was not great. I don’t agree with their explanation at all. I know the difference between chicken and fish. I asked ChatGPT to confirm and it agreed that it was fish. I even did the additional tests and it fell into the fish category.

I don’t know what’s worse. Getting fish instead of chicken or getting chicken that’s so bad that it smells and tastes fishy.

Worst part was the response from the restaurant, they asked me to order again tomorrow and that chicken might be better and they’ll give me $2-3 discount for my troubles. I think I’ll pass.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the tandoori chicken and lamb pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of flavors was perfect, with the rich spices of the tandoori chicken blending beautifully with the tender lamb. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous and fresh.

What made the experience even better was the amazing customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation. The staff was attentive, making sure everything was to my liking and even offering great recommendations. This place truly knows how to make their customers feel valued. I can’t wait to come back for more!

Listen… this spot right here? FIRE. I pulled up to this local pizza-with-a-twist joint and babyyyy the way they put that food together? Chef’s kiss. Every bite was hella flavorful, fresh, and straight-up addictive. You can tell they actually care about what they serving, because nothing tasted basic.

The service was on point too—friendly, fast, and real. No fake smiles, no attitude, just good people making good food. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit.

If you ain’t tried them yet, you missing out. Five stars, easy.

I wish I could give them a negative review. I went there to get achaari paneer and Manchurian pizza and tandoori chaap but the family pizza was so soggy and there was everything on it except Manchurian for which I had paid extra money.Tandoori chaap was all raw n my family was throwing out after having their pizza and we had done their chaap garbage.I mentioned the lady that this is first time visiting this location but I have tried this same order at Indianapolis location and she was boasting about their taste and food but it was just the opposite. They don’t even offer dipping sauces with the pizza.I had asked them for receipt but she just handed over to me the order number slip which never any details of the costing of my order.I would just say I got my $70-80 bucks wasted already so please don’t waste your hard earned money at this restaurant.

We ordered for pickup directly from the Pizza Twist website. We ordered a combo deal of a Large Pepperoni Pizza and 12 Bone-In wings for $29.99. We have ordered from Pizza Twist’s Roosevelt location several times and always have had a great experience. This location provided a MUCH different and highly frustrating experience.

Immediately after placing our order, I realized that I had placed it at the wrong location. I immediately called to cancel the order so that I could reorder from the roosevelt location. The woman who answered the phone immediately started talking over me, stating repeatedly that there was nothing she could do, alleging that there was no order in her system. She never even asked for a name or order details, just immediately shut me down. I had to hang up. Since we had already paid for it online, and there was no way to cancel or request a refund on their website, we went there in person to resolve the concern. Upon arrival, we were met with the exact same conversation – constant interruption and repetition that there was no such order. My husband came out to the car to ask me to pull up the order. The woman FOLLOWED him out to the car with her tablet, constantly repeating the same statement over and over trying to talk over us as my husband and I discussed the issue. I show her the order and then she turns her tablet around and SHOWS ME THE ORDER that WAS in her system, the order I was told over 20 times didn’t exist. I said, the order is right there so what exactly is the problem? She then went from repeatedly telling me there was no order to now telling me that I didn’t order what I said I did. So I showed her our order again, and she continued to explain that her system is showing it as a medium cheese pizza only and 10 boneless wings. I again, showed her that I ordered the Large Pepperoni Pizza and 12 bone-in wings. After much repetition from her, she eventually agreed to make us what we originally ordered, despite the discrepancy in their system. She then stated that bone-in wings are a $2 upcharge, but pretended to do us a favor by not charging us an additional 2 dollars even though we already paid full price for everything.

I was appreciative that she went ahead and cooked the food as we had ordered it (Large Pepperoni and 12 bone-in wings). However, we instead received a medium pepperoni pizza and 12 BARELY cooked wings. The wings were PALE WHITE with piping hot buffalo sauce poured on them. We cooked the wings thoroughly when we arrived home. Worst Pizza Twist pizza we have ever had.

After reviewing over 15 recent reviews, it appears this location has a very clear reoccurring issue with rude, unfriendly, and dishonest customer service and undercooked or incorrect food. It is nearly impossible to have a two-way conversation or even just be heard. They clearly need new management and/or turnover of staff.

For your safety and sanity, make the extra 15 minute drive to the Roosevelt location. You won’t regret it. The Roosevelt location has been nothing short of excellent every-single-time between food and customer service quality. The Google ratings speaks volumes. This location has 3.6 stars and I can see why. I personally dont believe the positive reviews on here that are VERY specifically trying to contradict the exact complaints the majority of the reviews are making, and it appears the people leaving the positive reviews are likely friends and family. When we pulled off, a mother and a truckload of small children unloaded to go in the back of the store, presumably a family owned business where they allow kids to be in the kitchen, which could easily explain their lack of attention to detail – if they’re too busy running a daycare to make an order correctly.

Additionally, I find it highly unprofessional and irritating that whoever is responding to these reviews does so w/smart remarks, sarcastic, teenage vocabulary, making jokes and minimizing people’s serious health concerns.

The Roosevelt location has 4.8 stars vs. 3.6 here. Pretty much tells you everything you need to know.
