DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Head my advice…..top 5 worst experience I have had at any restaurant.
Completely unmanaged staff, didnt even as much as look up when I walked in the door. All of them had scowls and never announced a name when they completed a pizza, just threw it on the counter and left it up to the growing line of pissed off customers to figure it out on our own.
0 sense of first in first out concept…people walking in the door were served before those of us who ordered online well before the walk ins.
My pick up time was 3:23 pm…waited till 3:45 pm with 0 communication, no one could tell me where in line my order was or if they even had it at all!
I was so mad I walked out with no pizza and I had already paid and tipped them!
I’m a retired sales/service manager…I would have fired the entire staff on the spot, thats how horrible they are!!
Oh and it was filthy in there as well

Stopped in at Papa Murphy’s for a client and ordered a pizza for them. Parker Logan and Marissa were there to help me. Parker explained the different types of pizza and my client ordered the New York style pizza. They were quick to make it and I appreciate their service.

We have been going to this location for 7+ years. It used to be great regarding manager, employees, customer service and quality. Unfortunately I can no longer say any of those things. The employees are rude. The quality of the product has decreased dramatically. The stuffed pizzas are thin and the toppings seem more of an afterthought. Cheese on any pizza is maybe 70% of what it should be. Unless you order a stuffed pizza all the crust is the thin crust. I know inflation etc effects bottom line, increase price and give patrons a quality product that they won’t regret spending their hard earned, equally stretched thin, money on. I’m sure it doesn’t matter to this establishment, but we will be going to a different location, hopeful of a better experience.

I love the take and baked pizzas. My son loves to get the salads . You can order a head or go online so that you don’t have to wait. Because sometimes there is a long wait because the Pizza is worth the wait. I don’t go with traditional red sauce. Cause it gives us heartburn so I go with the White sauce, Italian gourmet is my favorite.

This is my first time at this location and my second experience with Take’n’Bake. I went in around 11 a.m. so the store was completely empty. I ordered my pizza, it was made immediately, the person working there was very courteous. Came home, popped it in the oven and it was delicious. I like this fresh made concept. I’ll be back for more.

I live about 30 minutes from town so papa Murphy pizza eating pizza fresh out of the oven. My family loves it and we have it for happy hour when we have friends over. You can’t find a better pizza for.
