I tried Chicago Pizza with a Twist. Just like most pizza places, it gets expensive compared to fast food establishments. Although similarly, the price of good food sometimes is worth it. The twist comes in with Indian foods like Tandoori, Butter and other types of chicken on pizza in both Thin Crust and Deep Dish.
I ordered the Supreme which has (Pepperoni, Sausage (sausage pellet bits similar to that of Little Caesars), onion, mushroom, bell pepper, and red sauce. The pizza dough and crust were outstanding and hel the pizza up when lifting it to take a bite. I also tried the chicken wings. They had many types with the variety of Indian sauces, Savory and traditional Buffalo and other flavors.
My official rating will have to be 4 stars with a professional friendly staff who will check on your status dining in to make sure to meet your needs. Unfortunately this establishment doesn’t have any cost savings benefits for Military or Veterans.

We ordered a butter chicken pizza and it had a nice sauce. It is semi deep dish, but I would have liked the crust to be a bit more crispy. Overall, it was tasty. They loaded up the veggie toppings but it was a bit light on chicken. Overall, I may go back. Unfortunately, they have some stiff competition across the street.

Pizza Twist is hands down my favorite pizza place! I especially love their Achari Paneer Pizza. it’s so unique, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Every bite is a perfect blend of spices that keeps me craving it again and again.
I’ve seen some negative reviews online, but honestly, they don’t reflect the amazing experiences I’ve had. The food has always been fresh, the staff is friendly, and the taste is unmatched.

I was blown away with the taste. Wasn’t sure what to expect. I never had Chicago style pizza. The crust is a perfect combo of not to soft, not too hard. Had leftovers the next day and the family was still raving about how delicious it was.
I recommend:

We’ve been coming here for several years and Taco Twist once they expanded and opened that business as well. While there’s nowhere near as much of a kick that my family would like, their fusion food is amazing! Great flavor, calm relaxed atmosphere, great location.
Drinks are a bit pricey and on a recent visit at the beginning of April 2025, one waitress just walked away from us with no explanation while she was taking our order, but someone else came right up.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it was a total letdown. The pizza was soggy, undercooked, and lacked flavor. The crust tasted like cardboard, and the toppings looked like they were thrown on as an afterthought. To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow and unhelpful — we waited over 45 minutes for a single pizza, and it arrived cold. The staff didn’t seem to care when we brought it up either. Definitely not worth the price or the hype. Won’t be coming back.

On feb8 2023 , 19:40 i visited Chicago’s Pizza With A Twist – West Shaw, Fresno, CA . My cousins came from canada so we decided ordered family size veggie pizza and found clumps of hair in my pizza slice when i told to the attendant he said its from ginger although later on he admitted it was hair but he didn’t took any action and ignored us not even apologize. I am not recommending this place to anyone. Long time ago i also placed review about bad hospitality but I deleted later on.
