The pizza we ordered wasn’t freshly baked. The crust was soft and cold, while the cheese on top was hard and unappetizing. During the meal, no waiter offered to refill our water glasses; we had to ask them to do so. When it came time to pay, I was only shown the tipping interface, and I mistakenly thought I hadn’t left a tip, so I opted for the highest amount. However, upon receiving the final bill, I discovered that a 20% service charge and some other fees had been added. The waiter didn’t mention this, which is different from other restaurants. Other restaurants would show me the bill first and inform me that a 20% tax has been added. But this restaurant didn’t. I won’t be returning; I’m dissatisfied with both the food and the service.

Food was decent, but their service was the worst I have experienced in Miami. All the staffs, from a guy at the front to the server were unkind and unprofessional. The rating is overestimated. Only the location is great, but there are a plenty of better options nearby.

Lima was an absolutely wonderful server! The food, the true Italian atmosphere! The food was so good! I had a caprese salad and we had pizza and a bottle of Gavi ale Rive and I couldn’t be happier! 10 out of 10 will be back!

Had such a great experience at this Italian café! We ordered pizza, calamari, and fries, everything was delicious, but the fries were honestly next level. Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and seriously addictive.
Huge shoutout to our server Stefan, he was super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Service like that really stands out.
