First time visiting Bojangles in Enterprise, AL, and it won’t be the last! Ordered via drive-thru and was greeted by a super friendly and helpful young lady who made the experience even better. My spicy chicken sandwich was made fresh, so I had to wait a few minutes — not complaining one bit because it was worth it. Juicy, flavorful, and with just the right kick. The biscuits? Perfectly moist on the inside with a crispy outer edge. Fries were hot and tasty too. Great food, great service, all around fantastic first visit!

First time I’ve ever been to a Bojangles, they tend to be next to something else I know I like, but their biscuits were awesome!! Nice and crunchy/chewy. My coworker got the biscuits and gravy, gave it a B- which is why I gave it 4 stars.

I came into Bojangles in Enterprise, Alabama this afternoon, and as soon as I opened the door, I immediately heard you say, “Welcome to Bojangles.” You were very friendly and eager to help, and I appreciate that. I have been working in customer service for over 20 years, and in my opinion, good customer service plays a significant role in everything we do. Some people have it, and some people don’t ♀️. Working with the public is not for everyone, but you, my friend, are a natural, ❤️ and I genuinely appreciate your kindness. Thank you, Nick, for allowing Tara to take a picture with me. I understand some companies have a no-cell phone policy, and I just wanted to make sure my new friend doesn’t get into any trouble because I did ask you. Outstanding staff, impeccably clean restaurants and respectful. This reminds me know f good southern values and the way I was raised. The people were polite, friendly and everyone has a role. The items were made to order and hot. The staff were wiping down counters, wearing gloves and professional.

Ordered drive thru. Mac n cheese kids meal with fries and Pepsi. The person was either not trained well or didn’t care. Rang me up for each item separately so 1 regular Mac n cheese. 1 Reg fry and small soda. So instead of the $5.99 kids meal I ordered I paid $9 for same thing! Fries were cold and soggy. No seasoning on them either. No fork to eat Mac n cheese with. Pepsi was just water. The soda machine must of been out of soda syrup. Such a waste of money! Won’t be back.

I have not been to a Bojangles in quite some time. I have always thought about the rice that they serve and began to crave some. In return, I went through the drive thru and received the most fresh and most delicious rice ever! I did regret not getting anything else, but I already had a salad from another establishment so I didn’t want to overdo it. My fiancé and I did decide to dine in yesterday though (8/18) and had a decent experience. The food was good, but it wasn’t as fresh as it could have been. I did try a few bites of the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit just to see how it was, but I wasn’t a huge fan. The sweet tea was hardly sweet either. The ladies behind the counter were nice which I appreciated. Overall, we did eat most of our food and did drink the tea, but I hope next time the food is more fresh and the tea is sweeter!

Bojangles’ service and quality of food has severely fallen off over the last year. Several times we showed up and their grill was not working or shut down during business hours, making grilled chicken sandwiches unavailable. Seemingly every time we make an order at the drive thru, we have long wait times, and the when we finally get to the window to pay, our order is not ready and we are told go to the parking lot to wait for our food. We’ve waited as long as 15minutes for our food. This last time we went we had to go to the parking lot to wait for our chicken sandwiches. We got home and saw the sandwiches had brown lettuce on them, questionable looking tomatoes, and the mayonnaise was runny. My wife took two bites of her sandwich and got sick within 10 minutes. I threw my sandwich away. Enterprise bojangles used to be a great establishment to get a good meal at a great price with prompt service. Not anymore.
