Could I leave NO Stars please? Absolutely, absolutely the worst Pizza anywhere around Niles. There was no sauce on this pizza, I ordered it well done it was soggy. None of the ingredients had any flavor. They advertise fresh ingredients but clearly they’re canned mushrooms and pickled jalapenos. Then when I call them to tell them that their pizza was not right they said there was nothing they could do about it. Worst service ever after the worst Pizza you could possibly buy. Go get a frozen jack BEFORE you go to Pizza Transit.

I recently visited Pizza Transit in Niles and ordered the Italian sandwich. Unfortunately, the sandwich itself was a bit disappointing. The beef didn’t seem to have much seasoning and was fairly dry. It also came with tomatoes and shredded lettuce, which surprised me because I usually expect peppers and cheese on an Italian sandwich—though that may have been my misunderstanding of the menu.

That said, the service was excellent. The staff at the counter were very friendly and upfront about the wait time, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also great and felt like a comfortable local spot.

Overall, while the customer service and environment were positive, the sandwich itself didn’t quite meet my expectations and I was still hungry afterward. I may try something different on the menu next time.

We love Pizza Transit! The staff are absolutely amazing – my husband and I come here regularly and everyone who has ever been our server has been so kind, polite and hardworking. They even remember us and our order! The pizza is obviously amazing, or we wouldn’t have even come back after we went once, but it’s honestly the staff that keep us coming back again and again. They are doing something right here – pizza and people-wise!

Ordered for like the 100th time on line on Saturday 1/31. I came in to get my pizza and I was told that I put in 4 a pick up at 5pm mind u it was 4:56pm whom I believe is the manager made a comment to another employee stating just what i need is another grouchy person” I just said “I am only 4 min early. Then they proceeded to tell me to sit in their seating area like I was in their way. I have my knee replaced and I wanted to stand as it was stiff. Food is amazing but some staff need to learn to communicate with people in a professional way. WILL NEVER SPEND $ THERE AGAIN

This place was sooo amazing! Had great themed Halloween pizza. Loved the inside sooo much. Super nerdy. Had a fun eye spy game while you wait for food.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me and verifying your stance on employee honesty and customer satisfaction. I’m sure if you wanted to reach out to the local realtor, to have a conversation about her memorable visit to your establishment, she would be more than happy to chat. If not, you can just read about it below.

Good pizza with a side of attitude is what we got tonight.
We ordered online with a pick up time of 6:46. We arrived at 6:45. I gave the girl at the register my name, she told the pizza cook, I was there. Pizza cook got an attitude and made a comment about us being early. We were only 1 minute early, according to my email. No big deal, we can wait. There were a few other people also waiting and sitting on the couch, and they had a few open tables so we sat at the table nearest the counter. I saw nothing on the table indicating that we weren’t allowed to sit and wait. Pizza cook then made another nasty comment to the girl about me sitting where it says not to sit, so the girl asked me to move. We stand to wait for our pizza. In the mean time, a pizza order comes out for someone else and he sits the pizza on the table so he can put them in his door dash bag. Pizza cook, still with an attitude, tells the girl to make sure she washes the table, he only sat a box on it that came from her kitchen. A while later our order is brought out, and wanting to check it’s accuracy, I sat it on the table (there is no other place) and I hear pizza cook in the back say “this b (female dog) needs to get out of my restaurant” the counter girl says “Who?” and she said “Candy, the girl who just got her order”. I’m not usually one to say anything, and I don’t mind the extra 15 minute wait but you better believe I spoke up. I don’t know this lady and I did nothing wrong. I arrived 1 minute early for my pizza, and sat at a table that I did not see any signs saying not to sit at. To call me names was completely out of line and unprofessional. She should not be working in any service industry. Unfortunately, I won’t be driving from Stevensville to get pizza again, no matter how good the pizza is.
