20241210 Stopped here to use the restroom, and I always feel guilty if I don’t buy something, so I decided to get lunch. The food was quickly ready. The customers here are very nice. The bathroom is one of the cleanest!! Of all the McDs I stopped at in the East Coast to MidWest. This location also has parking for truckers!

Man glad we were just passing by poor management for sure. When we got there we ordered pretty quick which was just 2 plain hot n spicys, 1 double with bacon and 3 small fries. Paid and than they had us pull up. They had like about 5 other cars after us park in spots Not only did they take 20 min for our food they forgot our fries and turns out our whole order was all wrong. Sis went inside and management was just so rude. She explained what was wrong with it and the manager just Snatched the bag out of her hand and just tossed in the trash. Like seriously no apology just pure rudeness the crazy thing is we weren’t the only ones in there for messed up orders. Now It makes sense why this location has a 3.4 rating smh

I user the drive thru service option. When
I arrived; there were four vechiles in front of me to order, each vehicle moved thru the line fairly quickly. The order taker was nice and pleasant, I ordered a #1 combo; which is the Egg Mcmuffin with a Extra Extra Crispy Hashbrown and Large Sweet Tea. As I arrive at the 1st window to pay, the car in front of me at the 2nd window is leaving, so they ”Rockin it in DT” with fast times. When I arrive at the 2nd – which is literally only a minute or 2 after I placed my order, I’m immediately handed my drink and bag of food; (I know my hashbrowns is wrong) I check it to make sure before speaking: it is wrong- definitely not even one extra Crispy let alone extra extra Crispy. Anyways, they have me pull foward and fix it. I thank the nice young lady who brings me my real hashbrown. And now I’m leaving a review.
– Sweet Tea: It’s sweet enough but Your actual ‘Tea’ is weak, tastes like a blend of Orange Peoke & Black Tea that wasn’t steeped long enough. Definitely more water and sugar than tea bags.
– Hashbrown- the 2nd one is Perfect.

Every single time I come here, I get parked to wait for food, even when its a small order, and the food is always sloppy and messy when I get it. This location is right off of the highway and really needs to get their staff in order.

Came at 8am but employee inside didn’t bother to tell the driver thru customers that they were closed. Dining room was closed as well. I hate having my time wasted. Definitely won’t be returning back to this location because of the lackluster service.

Paying cash, so ordered at counter. Manager on her personal phone entire time talking about dropping her kids off. Didn’t count cash back, just handed me a wad of cash to count out myself. Still on phone when she set phone on counter without acknowledging me. Dirty glass doors at 7a, so what is kitchen like? So sorry for interrupting you at “work.”

What an incredible experience! The employees were so kind and friendly. The food was exactly as you would expect. Even the other customers were kind and generous. Sue went out of her way to help us. Having a family of seven I am fairly high maintenance. Everyone went above and beyond.
