Ordered a large pizza. Apparently they were out of large boxes and shoved it into a smaller box and decided that was good enough. This wasn’t a delivery driver issue. The pizza doesn’t fit the box.

Good NY style pizza. Not too thin, with a good amount of oil. The sauce is nice and sweet tasting, and the cheese has a good flavor. I only get the pizza here, so don’t know how the other menu items are. The inside is small, and a little outdated, but it’s quaint and clean.

Great find in Boca Raton for Italian food. We decided to get a mini pizza for an appetizer and it was delicious. We then tried the chicken parmesan and chicken sorrentino which were also very good. Then topped it off with tiramisu and cannoli. Awesome food and great service, highly recommend.

I am a long-standing, frequent customer of Pizza Time and visit this location multiple times per week due to my office being within walking distance. I am writing to formally document an unacceptable customer service experience that occurred today.
I ordered the chicken francaise lunch special. Despite the dish being unappealing, I did try it. I did not like it and politely requested to order something else. The server who handled this request was not the individual who initially took my order. I then ordered my usual pizza instead.
When the bill was presented, I was charged for the soup and rolls that are included with the lunch special—despite not eating the entrée itself. When I calmly questioned this charge, the server, Alex, responded in a rude, dismissive, and condescending manner, stating:
“You took back perfectly good food and will be charged with what you already ate.”
This interaction was completely unacceptable.
At no point was I disrespectful, demanding, or seeking free food. I simply expected to be treated with basic professionalism. Charging a customer for components of a meal that are bundled with an entrée they did not consume—while simultaneously speaking to them in a hostile and demeaning tone—is not acceptable customer service under any standard.
I am especially disappointed given how frequently I patronize this establishment. A single employee’s behavior should not undermine the goodwill built with loyal customers. Unfortunately, because of this interaction with this specific server, I will be advising colleagues and others who dine here to avoid his section entirely, as the service I received was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.
I expect management to take this matter seriously and address it appropriately. No customer—regular or otherwise—should be spoken to in this manner.

I’ve been to this location twice, but I would not have gone back a second time if I wasn’t asked to meet someone there. In both instances it was very very cold and very very loud inside. While the servers are good, they had to speak loud all over the place. If the food was very good I might think about going back. I do not understand why it takes a very long period of time to place an order and get served, though.

I ordered four stuffed peppers for an astonishing $15 each, expecting a truly delicious meal. What I received was a complete letdown! The peppers were improperly packaged, with each one crammed into its own plastic container, causing all the mozzarella cheese to stick to the lid. To make matters worse, there was no beef in sight; they were stuffed solely with rice and drenched in an overpowering amount of garlic. Without question, these were the worst stuffed peppers I’ve ever encountered!
When I reached out to request a refund, I was met with the owner’s arrogant refusal, completely disregarding what should have been a simple solution. This establishment is grossly overpriced and wildly overrated! I will never set foot there again.
It’s crucial for restaurants to recognize that true success depends on prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Both gluten free and cauliflower pizza crusts were good, pretty thin crust. The fresh tomato pizza was my favorite. Regular Crust is on the thicker side. Couldn’t try it. Suggestion for the owner – put some menus online. Couldn’t find one on your website or Google maps, ended up having to drive up and order.

Cute little pizza gem. Their slices are huge and are $4.50 each. The pizza is pretty tasty. I’ve had a regular slice and it was pretty good. Im from nyc and this place does come close to nycpizza hence their originally from the Bronx! Their tables indoors are named after streets from the Bronx. I also had their lunch special of chicken francaise which was decent and it came with choice of bean soup or salad along with garlic bread which the garlic bread was so delicious! I’ve had better chicken francaise else where. I recommend this place for anyone looking for quality ny style pizza. It comes close. I give it a 8/10

RUDE and ARROGANT staff and owners! I’ve been a customer on & off for years only out of convenience., Don’t get them on a busy night when they screw up your food because they don’t care and won’t do anything about it. They don’t care, period! The food is very inconsistent and lacks anything authentic! I hardly ever write a bad review but this place deserves it! The delivery drivers are lazy, complain, and won’t wait to give you change if you pay cash., There are too many good Italian restaurants in downtown Boca to give my money to and who actually care and want you to remain a customer. Good luck Pizza time! I have not heard one good thing about your restaurant from anyone I know because they all have been through the same terrible experience!
