Honestly overall in general, I feel like this place is a must go when you’re on the road because the service is very nice and respectful. And their food is super delicious plus the interior is beautiful. I will go here a lot in the near future. I fully recommend you go here at once.

It’s my first time here with my husband and his friends. We went there at 11 am for lunch. There were less people at first but near the noon people was coming until the big space restaurant was busy. I’ve no doubt because as the foods are tasty. My husband and his friends ordered pizza and I ordered shrimps with pasta. Everybody ordered various kinds of salad. Even though the appetizer such as Fried Calamari is so delicious. Moreover, the service is so good. The waiter was thoughtful and had service-minded. The waiting time was short. I like the place is big, beautiful and clean. I’m sure my husband and I will come back more and more.

First time here, and I am very happy we finally stopped in. We have driven by several times. It was after lunch peak time, so it was not crowded. Offered a very nice salad bar. The pizza was made exactly how we asked for it, came out hot, and tasted delicious. We will definitely be back. Nice bar area. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Our waitress (who was also the bartender) was very nice and had a great personality.

Never again will we get pizza at this place. 2 weeks in a row at dinner time. Two Saturdays in a row. You ask for a topping that you barely get any is unacceptable. And the cheese, they don’t give you much cheese either. So now I am adding cheese. Look at these peppers hardly any. This is so ridiculous and unacceptable. I do not recommend going to this place if they do it 2 weeks in a row. We gave them a second chance and failed miserably. You just lost 7 customers. Thank your Chef for that! We chose to take the chance even though other reviews stated that they skimp on giving toppings and everything on their menu.

I was in the party of 9 with Nicole and I know not one person in our party was trying to get free food. We have been friends for many years and dine together often and have NEVER had an experience like this. I will encourage them to ban themselves from Pizza Shack along with myself. We will take our weekly dinners to a business that has good customer service, properly trained managers and appreciates our business. It’s extremely unfortunate that pizza shack/Michael, the owner responded in that manner.

*Edit* to the owner: this was brought to our waitress’s attention while we were there. When she came to bring us more drinks she asked how everything tasted and I told her that the Ravioli were overcooked, gummy, and didn’t taste good. Her response was “Oh I’m sorry about that” and walked away. We are from out of state and when I asked my family if it was always like this with customer service they said yes! I was definitely shocked. Just a recommendation from someone who hasn’t owned a restaurant so I’m definitely NO professional but I would do some front of the house training in proper customer service and I would also do some back of the house training on how to cook pasta. I would even go as far to say, y’all should try to make your own pasta, fresh, from scratch (YUM!!!) it is a small learning curve but super easy to do. I can buy my own pasta from a store, cook it and throw sauce on it. If you’re able to do something like fresh pasta, you’ll set yourself above the rest and you’ll impress people enough to return, hungry for more!!

Always great service, whether grabbing a takeout order from curbside or dining in after church. My children love watching the employees make the pizza through the long window by the service line. Great clean facilities for cleaning up the young and old. Staff is very accommodating and have brought out the kids meals first to help keep the kiddos satiated while we waited for our food.
