This place has gone down hill a lot ! The last few times I’ve gotten their food things have been burnt overcooked ! Pizza are thin , tough and dry ! This place used to be good, not anymore! And I didn’t like how they were when you were checking out they hit your tip before you could and then said just hit continue and plus I don’t like the fact that they don’t give you a bill that list everything you got and what you paid for they just give you the total and then the tip that’s it so you have no idea what you paid for what! Makes you feel like you’re being Taking ripped off I want you to realize this is a place that we have gone to for a long long time so for me to write a review Like this, it’s not good.

refund. If I did, this review probably would have been taken down or updated with how they remedied the situation. So thanks Pizza Roma for stealing my money and offering zero remedy to messing up my order after I have called several times to your store to try to resolve this.
The food is okay, but don’t bother because the customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. I ordered a large pizza, calzone, two salads, and a Sprite for dinner the other evening. My husband picked up the order and got home after a 14 hour shift to two missing items. I called back and asked for our money back because he wasn’t driving 30 minutes back to go get it, and I also asked for the 20% gratuity back considering they messed our order up and missed items. The girl hung up on me. I called back, she apologized for the missing items. I again asked for my money back and she hung up again as soon as I mentioned the tip again. So rude and dismissive from the beginning. I guess it matters more when it’s your money on the line now, doesn’t it? I never did get my refund for any of it and I’m sure I still won’t. My husband passes here
For work every day and we were looking forward to having a new place to order. Hard pass from now on. They run a shotty business if you look at reviews anywhere but google.

Wow, I’m really surprised by how low these ratings are! I actually really enjoyed this pizza place. They offered really tasty food at a very reasonable price (in fact, better than most other places both price and quality wise). I tried their cheese calzone.
First, it was stuffed with a ton of cheese! And, the cheese tasted high quality. It wasn’t too greasy. They had a ton of mozzarella especially, but the creamy ricotta was also very good. No complaints there at all!
I thought the calzone looked like it had pepper on it, but it doesn’t. This is just how the bready part is baked I suppose. It’s not too salty at all, and there is a very good ratio of bread to cheese (more cheese than bread). Amazing portion for $12!
The sauce on the side was pretty mediocre, nothing special about it. A bit of herbs in there. Kind of a small portion but still decent.
All in all, I really liked Pizza Roma Pine. I’m not sure if it’s in any way related to the place in Cheswick (both are amazing), but I’d recommend either of them! Very good, and the rating definitely deserves to be higher.

Everything was good except for the pepperoni being just a little spicy but the rest of the pie was really good and makes up for it. Staff were friendly too !

Waited 20 more minutes in the lobby than the max wait time (wait time was max of 30 they told me on the phone). when I asked for a refund suddenly they got my food together. However, we felt it might be sus so didn’t eat it. It’s close and convenient, but not sure we’ll order again.

Really nice staff and fast service. Got the lunch special of half a hoagie w fries and a 20 oz drink for about $8.50 after tax. Got an Italian with fries and a sweet tea. Everything was excellent!!

Ordered a steak hoagie. When I got it home and unwrapped it I had about 4” of the bottom bun was missing and no lettuce or onions on it. They raised the prices, they take away toppings and part of ur bun. I e been going there for 30 years and have never had any of my bun missing?

Having moved to Pittsburgh a few years ago, I haven’t found many places that reminded me of the old Italian pizza I used to get from my home town. This place? Absolutely amazing. The pizza is huge! The slices? HUGE! Everything was so fresh! The owner is a very sweet woman, and the rest of the staff was great! I will definitely be going again (and again! And again!)
