A coworker told me I had to try this place, they were right. The whole crust is super buttery. I got the Meatball Pizza and it was wonderful. They have a thick, but light and airy crust. The meatballs have a wonderful flavor.

This is our 3rd year attending the pizza making class for the kiddos here at pizza Roma and as usual my daughter had a blast. This was my first time being able to attend the class with her and I was very pleased. The owner Grace was great with the kids and the pizza itself was fantastic. All components of the pizza are made in house. Everything was fresh and very tasty. The kids got to color their pizza box while the pizza cooked. We can’t wait until the next class! PIZZA ROMA ROCKS

Fan-freaking-tastic. Crispy, soft in the middle, awesome sauce, nice quality cheese that had my favorite ever-so-slightly-guilty greasy touch to it. Real star of the show was the manager. That oven was PUMPING pizzas. She was beyond understaffed. Way overworked. Absolutely bombarded with orders, literally everything was going wrong. My order got lost into the online void … Why? Because it was the freaking annual blizzard. This place was getting absolutely DESTROYED and you know what? This manager still made time to laugh with me, make me feel so seen and valued, and provided an AMAZINGLY good pizza. Once they actually had my order I had food that looked great, was even cooked well done like I asked, and was done in 10-15 minutes. All while everyone else was on their first week. Outstanding. I will come back here any time I’m within 2 miles for sure. WAY beyond expectations. And I eat cheese pizza for a living. Pizza Lady Approved [✓ ]

I had an amazing experience at this pizza shop! I walked in just 5 minutes before closing time, hoping to grab a slice, but the owner went above and beyond and made me a whole pizza. On top of that, she welcomed my puppy inside. The pizza was delicious, and the exceptional service made my night. Highly recommend this place!

BEWARE- they are closed but still taking online orders. I ordered online three pizzas for a birthday party this past Friday. Paid for them. Got confirmation. When I called to make sure they would be ready on time, the voicemail said the shop was closed for 10 days. Why would you keep taking online orders if you are closed!!! I scrambled and fortunately, Zeppes was able to make my order. Pizza Roma still charged my card. Still no response from the store. Disputing the charge with my bank. It’s too bad, because I really liked their pizza.

The pizza here is good, but the service is consistently disappointing. Almost every time we order, there’s some kind of issue — incorrect items, long waits, or confusion with the online ordering system. When problems are brought up, the staff often seem frustrated with the customer instead of trying to help. It’s a shame, because the food itself is great, but the poor service keeps us from wanting to order here anymore.
