We were as always warmly greeted and sat at our table. I noticed that customers were equally greeted as well. Our servee was prompt. He took our order. We ordered Pho number one, slices of beef, tripe, and tendon. We also ordered BBQ beef shortribs and a Taro Milk shake. The whole order took only a few minutes.
The Pho was amazing, the broth savory in taste the tripe beef and tendon were very nice.
The Beef short ribs were tender and delicious.
The order came with a salad and nicely season dressing and a bowl of kimchi.
The Pho broth recipe has never changed. Great work by the cooks!
I’ve tried many Pho restaurants, this hands down is the best for service.
We also recommend the fresh amd fried spring rolls which are made to order.
The beef vermicelli was pretty fun to eat by mixing up the rice noodles with lettuce and beef and then pouring the sweet fish sauce on top. The chili sauce was pretty spicy even when I just mixed a little into my food. The crispy fried Vietnamese egg roll that came with it was pretty good, too.
The #10 small tai nam gau pho (flank and fatty brisket) had a very flavorful soup base. I liked how they packed the toppings and soup separately from the noodles and meat so your takeout order didn’t get soggy before returning home.
The lychee iced tea with lychee jelly had a very strong tea flavor that was slightly bitter. But overall, still a very sweet drink.
The Thai iced tea with boba was the bomb. So creamy and sweet with soft, chewy bobas—tasted like ice cream, haha.
Very disappointed.
