Typically, this is a pretty good place to take a family for pizza and fried chicken. Over the past few months they have dropped having unsweetened ice tea or any diet caffeine free soda. So in the evening, they recommended water. The drink selection is poor and has really degraded from the past.
The food selection can be hit and miss. The chicken may look like it has been at the buffet well past its prime and the pizza can be limited. Other visits they have a nice selection and better good quality.
Currently, Pizza Ranch is offering a gift card where for $50, you get $10 discount. We asked if we can bring a large group and use multiple gift cards and discounts at the same time. The manager assured us that we could. When we brought 18 people, we couldn’t use multiple discounts at the same time and that the discount for cards expire in 8 weeks. The issue was not resolved even after talking with the manager. This gift card special is a very poor value and we felt deceived.
The arcade is fun for younger kids and the game selection is pretty good.

We usually love pizza ranch. But we got here at around 7:15. They told us that whatever was left on the buffet was it (which is fine) but then they proceeded to hound us and rush us around 7:30 to hurry up and get our last plates so they could clean up. The food was good like always but they were rushing us to eat so they can leave at closing time.

A not great pizza ranch experience. Most Pizza Ranch locations are great and attentive. The employees seem depressed and sad here. It’s less clean than other locations. Selection is not as good. Lots of coughing and general health concerns. Like others have mentioned – they cut off the buffet early and rush you out to close up.

First thing noticed was the change to Pepsi products. They aren’t set right, so you get colored water with an underlying flavor. I asked an employee when they’re switching back to Coke and she said probably never. I did a little digging and found Pizza Ranch and Pepsi have a seven year contract in place since September. Their buffet didn’t have much on it, most of the pizzas did have some warmer age on them and needed replacement and added selection too. My wife noted the cold pasta and undercooked breadsticks, dessert pizza and cookie. They appeared cooked, but guessing an oven issue or inexperienced kitchen staff. Chicken was poorly stocked too. I’ve eaten here several times with no complaints. Not good overall. Giving two stars because the water actually tastes like water. I see the owner seems to reply to comments, I do hope there’s a takeaway from my review for them.

Food selection was ok, but limited. The carpet could use a good vacuum and a spill of ranch was walked around the hour or so we were there. Still hadn’t been cleaned up when we left. Overall a disappointment for the cost.

* Little food at the buffet during lunch hours*
We came here traveling through the state as most people probably do. We thought we’d sit down at a buffet so we didn’t have to stop anytime soon. We were wrong.
With the price at around $15 per person, there was barely any food out on the buffet. The food was mostly dry and hard. Mind you we came around 1. From 1 to around 2 there was no food put out. People are walking in, paying, going to eat and are genuinely confused on where the food is. While we ate some of the food they did have, we were constantly swatting flies. The food we did eat was actually pretty good.
Date of visit: 10/08/2025
Stars: Total stars 2 (-3 for flies, no food, old food)

We love Pizza Ranch – just not this location . We stopped there on our way back from Colorado in 2024 & again in 2025. The salad and pizza buffet was not properly stocked. The pizza was basically cardboard. In 2025 , we specifically asked if they were refreshing the food. After being assured that they were, we were disappointed again. The corn was so old, the water on the corn was brown! Never Again a disgrace to the chain!

We had a wonderful experience with the staff! We showed up right after the buffet closed, but we’re offered a solid to go option. Then the employees asked us our favorite pizza but surprised us with not only that but also a cookie pizza! Very polite staff willing to go the distance to make our experience a good one despite the late hour.

Will not return!!!!!! This is the second time we have stopped in waited over 15 min at the till and still no one to help us!!!! And when I finally found someone they told me that they normally don’t start to serve until 5!! We where there at 4 Believe me I understand we where there early but when the buffet hours say it is available from 11till 730 when you call !!! So with that being said restaurant like a ghost town for employees and no food on the buffet and all kinds of dirty tables what nonsense!!!!!!

Came in during dinner hours. There was a pizza and a half on the pizza buffet, a partial cheese stick tray as well. I asked if more would follow and I also asked for a specific one, sure thing, right……wrong. 50 minutes later, still waiting. The very nice lady working the register informed me they were still in a meeting…..ummmm, so by this time there is no pizza on the buffet. However I did nibble on some of that dry fried chicken, gave up on that and tried the 2 pieces of less than desirable pizza, when hungry you will make the poor choices. Had dessert…. the soft serve ice-cream, never a bad choice. Anyways, my point being How can you have the whole kitchen staff in a meeting during dinner hours, I will say I was there at the beginning of dinner hours, not busy. I’ve never been a restaurant manager, nor do I ever want to be But i’m pretty sure it goes without saying that maybe you shouldn’t call a meeting with the entire kitchen staff during dinner hours or ever during business hours. I’m gonna have to put this one on the management. As far as the one very nice lady working the cash register. You get 5 stars. P.S if you’re just going for the salad bar, didn’t really know I was going for just a salad bar. I think they have a Ruby Tuesday’s in town. I also don’t think it’s $16 for just the salad bar either.
