Service on the floor seems very different to other pizza ranch locations. Dirty plates are not removed until well after guest has left. Staff will be cleaning in other rooms rather than policing the rooms that are currently in use.

Great experience at Pizza Ranch in Madison! The food was fresh and tasty, but the staff made it extra special. Amanda was so kind and helpful during our meal, checking in often to make sure we had what we needed. Another worker Dylan went above and beyond in the arcade—he helped our kids with the claw machine and made sure they all left with a prize. Thank you both for the amazing service!

The day staff and management is ok but night time. Holy moly who runs this place? The kid takes our money and asks if we wanted a special order which we did. Never got that pizza. The kid was clueless when asked about it. Definitely get what you pay for in staff. I go to a buffet to enjoy multiple items but left hangry and pissed. No management at night asking how things are or if you need anything.
