The decor was awesome. Everything represented being at a ranch. It was super cool they had a sign that said Oshkosh saddle shop, est 2015. Hmmm wonder if that was when they opened.
Also I was impressed with service and cleanliness. 5 stars.

Family stopped in for lunch. Was surprised the lunch price was higher than posted online site. Buffet is good – plenty of options and we didnt go home hungry!! Not a lot of pizza variety on the serving stand but they did ask us upon arrival if we wanted a special pizza ordered. Dessert pizza was really good!!

The food was very good, especially the salad bar. Replenishment of the pizzas and deserts was a bit slow. The biggest disappointment however was the beverage choices. Pizza Ranch has transitioned to Pepsi products, which I am a fan of, however with all the options provided there was nothing available that was diet and caffeine free. Starry Zero or diet Mug would have been great…there seems to be plenty of drink stations available to mix in other offerings.

We arrived with a bus full of 50 high school students. There were only two employees working, Laela and Kendra. They were perfect! We never ran out of food, and the food was delicious. But what stood out the most was their excellent, friendly attitude and smiles. I couldn’t believe how welcoming they made our group feel. They both deserve outstanding recognition from the Oshkosh facility’s owner and managers. I was extremely impressed.

The coin machine out of order and the ice cream machine out of order. And we paid full price for service we didn’t even get. Very poor customer service and restaurant cleaniness. Not the best look for charging full price for items that didn’t work. The dessert pizza was left out too long.

The pizza was scarce with only cheese or cheese breads taking up the largest selection. The salad bar was empty and very dirty/messy. Dirty plates on several tables. Very disappointed with the pizza options and food freshness. Pay too much money for dried out food and empty containers. Won’t be back anytime soon!

As you can see, the salad was great. The desert was very good. The warm chocolate chip cookie is the bomb. You just can’t take one piece. Great place to go. If you leave hungry, it’s your own fault.

Great selection of food (pizza, pasta, chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, soup, salad bar, dessert bar, ice cream) Everything was terrific! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate a group of about 30 people. There’s a large parking lot.

Gotta love the only buffet style place around anymore! Love the music and the staff are always on the spot to take away dirty plates. Could use more variety, but what they do have is pretty good
