Was treated like scum of the earth for coming in with a too good to go order.
Lady that served us seemed to be a manager and acted with absolutely no customer service at all, rude from the very beginning, and despite the app saying the hot bar was included (albeit not guaranteed) we asked for a specific item as we could literally see them throwing it into a trash can behind her, we were told that it was off limits for TGTG boxes, despite that never being a problem the other two times I’ve been in.

We went for nieces birthday and they barely knew reservations. It was very busy and wish you could get on both sides of the buffet cause basically it is a free for all. The arcade guy was fairly rude and needed to be alerted for service frequently. Overall was not that great of an experience. I personally wouldn’t reccommend going unless maybe for lunch earlier when it may be less busy and you actually get food options as opposed to everything being picked over.

My poor adult children and eight grandchildren had an absolute wonderful time. The staff was so courteous and accommodating. We had to wait a short time for a pizza and they brought it right to us. I give up a great big thumbs up. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Awesome place! BEST pizza ranch we have EVER been to. Staff were helpful, kind and upbeat. If you have kids this is the place. Pizza was switched out right away. Alot of variety to pick from. Everything was great! Fun zone was a plus! I could keep going with this place but ill let you find out for yourself! HIGHLY Recommend!

Love it here. Absolutely love the chicken.. so much that I call it chicken ranch! Love the variety, wish there were more options on the salad bar.. but still love it as is. We we go a couple times a month!

I’m not a real pizza fan, but my wife is. I went for the broasted chicken side buffet. It was quite tasty along with the side dishes. The salad bar was very nice with a good selection of items to dress up your salad. Soft ice option afterwards. The decor is basic and what you might expect. The service was good, the staff friendlyp and busy. The place was hopping with many families in attendance (all you can eat for hungry people). Prices are pretty much what you would expect. All-in-all and a good place if you or your family are hungry.

Went in Tuesday March 4th in the evening, we (my boyfriend, sister, and I) had placed too good to go orders. Went in 15 minutes before close, as instructed by the TGTG app. We were greeted with a massive amount of attitude by the manager on shift. Let her know that we had TGTG orders and showed her the confirmation screen. She looked at both confirmations and grabbed two boxes (we had ordered three boxes) she acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience when I told her we had ordered a third. She then started just chucking random pizza slices into each box, I asked for a few pieces of chicken as that was really the only thing my boyfriend wanted and she told me that TGTG orders were exclusively pizza bar and that the full pan of fresh chicken that was brought out 15 minutes before close was off limits, which either is untrue or the app needs to be updated. Overall not a great experience and a huge contrast to the last few times we’ve placed too good to go orders and have either been handed boxes to fill ourselves or asked if there were any specific items that we would or wouldn’t like.

The food was fresh and delicious! There were sooo many things to choose from! The staff there is so kind and helpful and eager. Everything was kept neat and clean and they took our plates soo quickly. It was just amazing!

Good food, always clean but really what stands out is how good of service and hospitality. We had a long day of running and my 4 year old still insisted on Pizza Ranch for dinner right before they were closing. Hands down best service. Didn’t make us feel bad for being there right before closing, was super kind and outgoing, went out of their way to get my kid food that wasn’t out, will forever go back! Shout out to Gary 1000%

I really like coming here with my daughter, especially on Tuesdays when kids eat free. The restaurant is extremely charitable and generous, and they are great community members. They were very busy but the still kept the buffet fully stocked. My one complaint is that the arcade was unstaffed, and because the buffet was so busy, it was hard to find an employee to help out there and it was a long wait. There were lots of kids standing around waiting for prizes and other people waiting around because the card machine was broken. Otherwise, I gladly visit regularly for a great buffet with lots of options.
