As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered the grilled cheesy bacon clucker. As you can see, no bacon & I had to ask them to add that little bit of cheese sauce. Fries were cold. Employees were very rude. Like you’re disturbing them by asking for your food to be correct! I will never patronize this location ever again. I enjoy the one on Hallandale Beach Blvd. Food is ALWAYS fresh & hot. Better attitudes as well.

When ordering, i asked for NO mayo (allergic) and they still put mayo. We got to the window and the “manager” made my fries with NO gloves and had his finger on them while bagging it. He also sneezed all over my food without even covering his face. And didnt even say ANYTHING and aggressively gave the food to us. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. DO NOT eat here!

I wish I could give zero stars…… Based on the reviews I’ve read……..somebody need to step up and re evaluate everything about this location. To whoever is buying food from here, let this be your LAST time & hopefully you see the comments before you spend your money. I would NEVER EVER eat/drink from here. Their idea of a joke is to play with the customer food and there is nothing funny about playing with people’s food. I am completely disappointed and disgusted by the experience in this establishment. I ordered two of the new brisket sandwich and the amount of brisket that they put on there you need a magnifying glass to see it. We ended up throwing away the burger because we thought if they did that, they probably tempered with the food as well. Horrible experience. I want my money back.

They sell un-edible food, specially mother crisp chicken sandwich. Chicken was so old and nasty looking, was burnt and definitely fried in dirty oil. Everything in this place is bad. Don’t go to this checkers.

Imagine going to checkers to order food ABs being treated like this? There was no line this lady was so mean and short with me. She didn’t even know if i was the ceo of checkers she spoke to me like she didn’t want to be at work or be employed. This occurred on 12/4/24 around 5:43pm prior to recording she was worse so i started recording her notice she didn’t apologize for being rude .didn’t even say hi even she opened the window. I wish I could give negative stars. This has to be the worse checkers experience in my whole entire life. When it comes to service this is the epitome of absolute failure. My wife’s food was totally wrong all of the food was over cooked and the fish sandwich I had you could literally knock on someone’s door it was so hard. I mean seriously just imagine if this same crew held a professional position at a place where people’s lives matter. Never again

Saw a grown woman pee right in the drive-through lane- pants down crack out. She wiped with a napkin and threw it right on the ground as she waited for her order. As if that wasn’t gross enough, the clerk at the window cursed like a sailor. All drive-through orders are taken by AI. Notably, they don’t have half the menu – no chicken wings, no hotdogs, checkerburgers, or the 2 for 3/7 deals, etc. I tried the cheesesteak burger and the pieces of cheesesteak inside were fried to oblivion and tasted like crispy onions more than chunks of “steak”. I would go to any other Checkers location.

I had to wait for the fish sandwiches and when I got them the lettuce was wilted, it was barely any tartar sauce and the bread broke almost as soon. As I touched. By the way, after I waited in the drive-through, I was told to drive around to another window where I had to wait some more for 2 fish sandwiches. Trust me it was not fast food
