Some dirty tables in the dining area. A lot of food wasnt being refilled. The food that was up while tasted good, tasted like it sat up thete a good while. DO NOT come to this location if you plan to purchase new Arcade cards with credits on them online. Took them over 30 minutes to figure out how to get us an actual physical copy of the cards we bought. We came from out of state that is why I purchased them online.

I love Pizza Ranch!
The chicken is one of my favorite—so crispy and juicy! The pizza is great too, with a lot of different options to choose from. And don’t even get me started on the ice cream—so creamy and tasty! It’s also a super fun place for kids, with a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good buffet with something for everyone!

First of all I want to say that I am a regular customer with my daughter. We come in a few times a month. I pay attention to customer service more than I pay attention to food. Natasha, Mariana, Dwayne, Noelia and Nitza are extremely hard workers. I thank the GM Sheila for hiring them. But it takes one to know one as Sheila is also a hard worker and a great Manager. Not only are they hard workers but they’re very kind and bring great spiritual energy to this establishment. It’s the main reason why I come to this particular Pizza ranch. The food is great and it offers me lots of vegetarian options. It’s always cleanly with plenty of food on the buffet. I pray these amazing people never leave lol. Have a blessed day.

I was rather disappointed with this Pizza Ranch location.
There was a lot of food on the floor and the tables looked like they hadn’t been washed off in a while.
The fried chicken was delicious and plentiful, but the pizza bar was not very well stocked with fresh options and the dessert pizza was empty nearly the whole time we were there. Also, the silverware bins were constantly empty and every plate I took felt like it had food residue on it. To be fair there seemed to be only one person working the floor, and he looked overwhelmed having to carry large stacks of plates to keep up.
I hope management reads this review and takes appropriate action because Pizza Ranch is such a great place to eat.

Idk how they do it, but NEVER a dry piece of Chicken! Its so good. They’re constantly wiping and refilling the bars. At least when we were there. The dining room was also bussed and being cleaned regularly.
I saw a sign that said they had WING NIGHT on thursdays…Im sure thats So Good too!

Atmosphere is fine, staff was nice. I don’t understand the hype for this place especially at this price point. $17.62 seems quite expensive for very mediocre buffet pizza. It’s neat that they have chicken but I didn’t try it. The potato wedges were ok. The Mac and “cheese” was awful. Fake as the day is long. I hope they pay their staff really well.
One of my slices didn’t have any sauce – well, no red sauce that is. I think it had some kind of “butter” sauce grease type stuff (vegetable oil or something, dunno). At any rate, it didn’t do it for me whatsoever.
This place reminds me of a slightly better optioned cicis at a higher price point.

We were there for my daughter’s birthday party. I called November 25th to reserve a room. We have had our daughters party there every year since 2019 except for 2020.
Any ways, the guy at the register was giving my husband a hard time about the room. We finally got it but it was filthy. There was food on the floor, there was gnats flying around and it stunk. I had a $20 tip to give because in years past we’ve had exceptional service but not definitely yesterday (12/14/2025). So needless to say they did not receive the tip. We told our daughter we most likely will not be having her birthday party there next year. That is the worst I’ve ever seen that place.

Very poor service. The lady in the red shirt that was clearly a manager, denied me getting a selected pizza becauae one was already on the warmer, old. Later I then asked her to come let my children cash out our little arcade points. And she told me it was not her priority and shes the only one that can cash out points. Needless to say thats also part of her job, she didnt have a line a to attend and so i went and got a differwnt employee to man the register so she could come deal with our points. Such a snobby worker. Literally.

This was such a disappointment. The buffet was so small, with really sad l9oking and tasting food. The whole place was filthy. I felt bad for the workers. Im not sure what I was expecting but disappointment was big.

Love Pizza Ranch. Great salad bar and excellent chicken. Oh ya, the pizza. Its all great. But what i truly love is while i am enjoying a great meal at a fair price, is the CHRISTIAN music. Wonderful. I love it. I hope Pizza Ranch never stops playing it in all there establishments. Praise GOD.
