LOVE FAITH. “CRAZIEST AQUARIUS!!”
First off I got a egg sausage McMuffin and said no cheese on it that’s it! when I received a sandwich they gave me just the egg took the sausage off.. I would definitely prefer to have my sandwich correct next time new person should have someone standing with them till they can take orders correctly.

what do you mean the inside is closed you guys are inside what is this what are we doing i dont care how cold it is thats why we want to go inside its cold which you could figure out if someone had some basic human common sense not to mention the actual food its horrible fries are always cold if not almost frozen on the inside under cooked chicken and then theirs the service tell me why even when the inside is open i still wait 10-20 for someone to realize you need a doordash order and then i get complaints ohh my foods cold it took forever YEAH I KNOW i know its cold because i was waiting staring at the bag i need for 10-20 fast food isnt even an adequate name maybe trash food thats more like it with the quality of service and food seriously what are we doing here

Most of the employees here besides maybe 2 do not know their job. They dont greet customers they don’t ask if they can help you they just watch you stand there. They only focus on drive thru for their times. They serve orders before they are actually done so it tells the customer the order is ready and its actually not. They dont slide into the kitchen to help with orders they don’t use the order screen correctly. This store needs major training. Not much of a team effort here.

First off the food was cold.very disappointed the service was decent. Also you would think if McDonald’s was so busy you would have hot food. But particularly my fries were cold and old. Come on you can do better.

Fine place to eat at like any other McDonald’s, but come on. If someone has to wait almost 20 minutes for a Large Coke and Fries then there’s an issue. They weren’t even in a rush, it was rather slow.

Normally I’m not one to leave reviews but I just ordered a 1/4lbs burger and took one bite, looked at my burger, and noticed it was barely cooked and very pink yet. Like, you cannot be serving customers food in this state. This McDonald’s has definitively gotten worse recently

I’ve left feedback on the website and that survey, and the 800 number posted in restaurant numerous times.
Last week, I came in here..floors dirty, soda area overflowing with soda, and every single trash can was overflowing on to the floor.
And big surprise, a simple order was wrong again! I have yet to ever get it right. Staff and management need to have an overhaul with someone who cares.

Terrible customer service. Employees do not acknowledge customers. Expect to wait a long time for your order when dining in. Slow service even when the restaurant isn’t in a meal rush.

I only go to this location out of convenience because I live nearby. I’d say on average 4 out of 5 times they get my order wrong, either entered wrong by the cashier or messed up by a cook. Beyond irritating.
