I’ve been here MANY times and the staff is always super friendly. I actually really like both the pizza and the chicken. If you want a pizza that isn’t on the buffet, just ask for it! They’ll give you a pager so you can get first dibs before the rest of it goes on the buffet. My personal favorite is the Texan Taco pizza. The chicken and salad bar are always great too. I also like that the drink is included in the buffet price.
They also offer take-out and delivery just like any other pizza place.
If you like pizza, fried chicken, or salad, definitely check it out!

Pizza ranch is clean and organized. The food was hot and the variety vast enough for everyone. I left a dirty plate in the table to hold my place and it was cleared when I came back and. The next plate was cleared efficiently too. There was pizza chicken side items a salad bar soup station coffee area soda fountain and ice cream machine. Something for everyone. The pizzas was fresh and the chicken was moist. I had the soup it was delicious and made a root beer float. The music was wholesome and the vibes were pleasant. Around $18 for one adult. Reasonable. I enjoyed myself.

I don’t have any complaints. The pizza was great, you can have them make WHATEVER pizza you like. It just takes 12 minutes and they give you a buzzer. Still has lots of options including salad, fried chicken and desserts. The apple crisp was unbelievably good! Absolutely, will go back! And soon!

First time. Serviced customers for a local charity organization, The Whitestone Warriors. We got to eat for free! The food was outstanding! There are so many pizza choices. But the chicken and mashed potatoes were my favorite! You must go at least once. I promise you will love it and go again. I am!!

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding our recent experience at the Pizza Ranch location in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on Saturday, January 3, 2025.
My spouse and I arrived a little after 7:00 p.m. expecting to enjoy the buffet, as the restaurant was scheduled to close at 9:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there were very few pizza options available on the buffet. A manager did come out and informed us that if we did not see any options we liked, we could place an order for our preferred pizzas, which we appreciated. We placed an order for four slices of pizza. After waiting more than 15 minutes, the buzzer we were given never alerted us. I eventually went to check on the order and discovered that the pizzas we ordered had been placed directly on the buffet instead of being set aside for us or brought to our table. At the time, there were not many patrons in the restaurant, so this oversight was particularly frustrating.
We remained in the restaurant for over an hour, yet throughout that time there continued to be very limited food options available on the buffet. Despite paying the full buffet price, we were unable to enjoy the experience that price is meant to reflect. What added to the disappointment was that although the restaurant closed at 9:00 p.m., the buffet was shut down at 8:00 p.m., leaving even fewer options during what should have been sufficient time for us to dine. Additionally, we observed employees packing up remaining buffet items for themselves before the location had officially closed.
In my opinion, it is unacceptable to charge full price when the buffet is poorly stocked for a significant portion of operating hours. We left feeling disappointed and undervalued as customers.I wanted to bring this experience to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed and prevented for future guests. This was our first experience at Pizza Ranch and hope this location can improve its service and guest experience.

My boyfriend and I came to Pizza Ranch not realizing they were close to closing. The staff (specifically Steve) welcomed us in and even let us make a personalized pizza for the buffet. He then brought out an extra pizza along with a couple coupons for us since the pizza took a little bit. The food was delicious, there was comfortable seating, and the Customer service was outstanding. We will be back!

Quick seating for our group of 10, wide variety of food ready right away. Special ordered pizzas served quickly. Food was delicious. Servers were polite and friendly. Would eat here again without hesitation.

The overall seating and dining room are nice and spacious and clean. However, the pizza taste dry to me. They don’t change pizza often and just leave leftovers pizza on the buffet table until customers finish the whole pizza tray. I noticed they put leftovers pizza next to the newly cooked pizza on the buffet table. I went there on a busy Sunday and would like fresh pizza that they change often. Also, not much variety of pizza are out in the buffet area compared to other pizza ranch locations. Also, desert pizza was limited. Drinks are included with $16.99.

My family & I like pizza ranch and the manager is always very kind. However the young man who works the register has harshly reprimanded my child not once but twice as we were checking in. I didn’t appreciate it and it left a bad taste in my mouth for what was suppose to be a nice night out.
