I chose the buffet for lunch today and was not disappointed! The buffet was well stocked with many different types of pizzas, with a new pizza ready to replace the almost empty platter every time. I prefer the dark pieces of chicken, and the roaster always had plenty of pieces from which to choose. Great job Monticello! I will drive the distance from Marion whenever I want to eat at the Ranch.

We were here around 630 pm on 11/16/23. Servers were attentive to keep pizza, chicken and other fixings full on buffet. Main area was pretty busy for a Thursday night but overflow seating wasn’t open.
Pizza, chicken and salad looked good for the most part. Corn and green beans might as well not been available. They were discolored and looked unappetizing, but I doubt people eat there for these items. Servers fixed specific requests for pizzas reasonably fast but no followup with customers on asking customers how the food is, etc. Biscuits were made fresh but just margarine for spread, no jelly or anything else. I’m sure that’s to keep expenses down.
Senior discount from regular price is $0.56?! Check it out on website. I think that could be better. I give four stars because OVERALL, I’d go back for the food but if you’re sensitive about colder room temp, high quality service, stringent cleanliness, etc you may not find it here.

Great!! The staff was welcoming and friendly, asking if we had a favorite pizza, that they would be more than happy to put one in the oven for us. The restaurant was very clean, and a nice selection of salad and pizza on the buffet.

Oh my gosh! Their pizza was super fresh, like every ingredient! Pizza Ranch pizza is way better than Pizza Hut, and I’ve NEVER said that about any other pizza before! Fresh ingredients, Supreme customer service, wide variety of selections, and way more than just pizza! The chicken was so flavorful and not greasy! The mashed potatoes were smooth as silk and tasted like real potatoes! The staff was well trained and on top of keeping the place clean and plates picked up. I love the diversity of the staff, and the music selection that played unobtrusively in the background. I am excited to return for lunch another day very soon!

I really hate having to leave a bad review. I came to eat I’ve always enjoyed eating here when we did come. But we got here close to the end of the buffet hour. They were VERY willing to take my money, and give us dried out pizza ac cold chicken. 2 other families came in after us total 4 tables with kids and adults. When I asked if they were going to bring out more food they said probably not. Instead of taking my $30 to eat cold nasty food, would have been nice if the guy had mentioned that they were getting ready to close soon we could gotten decent meal somewhere else.

Have not got food here in awhile but since sons birthday decided to get take out. We ordered two large pizza deal, order medium breadsticks, medium cactus bread and Got a free chocolate chip cookie. I must say the food was dry as heck. There was really no taste to the food. Nothing was really cut completely. The chocolate chip cookie was hard. Only thing that tasted anything right was some of the icing on the cactus bread. Everyone was disappointed and I was embarrassed that I spent 49.20 and it was really bad. Kinda hard to make up for a experience like this to the people that came for my son enjoy the day.Been better if just made food myself next time.

We went in tonight and had a very pleasant meal. The staff were very busy keeping the buffet stocked and cleaned. They didn’t really stop. Asking how things were and cleared tables quickly. The crew working today need a huge high five as they truly kicked butt with customer service! The manager even came out to check. It’s nice to see a good working crew on a pretty steady evening. Thanks a bunch!

I’m very, very disappointed in Pizza Ranch ability to get an order completed. My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas and never received them. After a half hour of waiting I asked an employee if our pizzas were coming out. He checked and said they were never made. I asked to talk to the manager with no response. I highly recommend not going there is the owners are not working. If Pizza Ranch can’t the little things right I don’t know how they ever get a large order right.

I always enjoy a good pizza ranch experience. Today was no different! The food was hot and the service friendly. My 3 year old daughter ate at least 4 pieces of chicken(thighs). I usually eat pizza and I did, but I decided to try their loaded Mashed potatoes and the fried chicken as well this time. It did not disappoint! Just passing through so I can’t say we’ll be back but I was thoroughly satisfied! 2 adults and 2 children and it cost us approximately $33 for our meal and drinks! Definitely worth it!
