I didn’t know what to expect, but my friend from MD recommended it. Reminded me of some pizza huts that have the buffet… but then they have this amazing fried chicken! So perfectly crisp and delicious skin with tender meat underneath! Finished with a dollop of ice cream, a tiny bit of chocolate chip cookie and a sliver of the blueberry looking pizza dessert… had to go back for the rest of that blueberry pizza dessert thing… the crust was bringing this amazing crunch mixed with the ice cream… Mmm! Mmm! Good! My poor body didn’t eat the next day and struggled through dinner, but that was delicious!

We came to have dinner with our family. There were 10 of us. The staff, food, utensils, etc., were very disorganized. There was no silverware at all. This was within the last 1 hour and 30 minutes of their closing time. The restaurant was not busy. We had to setup tables together ourselves, so we could all eat together, even though there were 2 employees with 5 feet of us apparently preoccupied with something more important than their guests. There was no marinara, no breadsticks and very little pizza. It was at least 10 minutes before we got silverware. We spent well over $100 for our meal that night, however we didn’t feel very appreciated. The food was decent.

This place just isn’t it. My family and I reserved a room on a Saturday evening. When we arrived the room was absolutely disgusting. Food was everywhere on the tables, chairs and floor. It looked like the aftermath of a food fight. We kindly asked for the room to be cleaned and waited around in the hallway for about 20 minutes. As my entire family waited shoulder to shoulder in the hallway Eventually an employee nicely wiped down the tables and chairs. I asked for the massive amount of food on the floor to be vacuumed as we had several young children with us and was told they only vacuum before closing at night. The employee did eventually vacuum but… Seriously? You don’t clean the rooms after every guest? Gross. How is it the rooms aren’t clean for the next reservation? Especially this filthy? I’ve never seen a restaurant with a non existent cleaning routine. The employee acted like she was doing me a special favor to CLEAN the room we reserved to EAT at your restaurant. I’ve cooked in many restaurants over the years and I can say I highly doubt this is the customer experience the pizza ranch corporate offices have in mind. This experience was a food service nightmare.

There is one reason you go to Pizza Ranch. CATUS BREAD!!! Ive been eating at Pizza Ranch for 20+ years and never once had this issue. We waited around for 30 mins and not a single Catus bread was brought out…got tired of waiting and left..will not be visiting this location again.

Walked in at quarter after 7pm. Stood in line behind 3 other groups of patrons while the cashier flirted almost nose to nose with an employee for 15 minutes.

Food is consistent with friendly service. You can request your favorite pizza which is served to you at the front counter/buffet area. There is also a fun game room for the kids.

Small but mighty. Kids loved it. They were open on the 4th of July. Willing to make anything for you. Love the ice cream. Chocked is really good.

We had an amazing time at Pizza Ranch! The food was really good, the games were a lot of fun, from the young to the old we all laughed and had a grand time! Definitely recommend corralling the kids on down to the ranch. My one criticism is that Gluten free pizzas should be included in the buffet price, I appreciate that it’s even offered, but it’s not my fault I have a specific dietary restriction, and I refuse to pay extra for something I feel should be included, it’s already hard enough being GF and dining out, there’s no need to rip us off too. Salad bar for me, no problem.
