Fries are super over salted with whatever seasoning you guys are using. I couldn’t tell which flavor was which on my wings theyre completely dry barely any sauce on them forgot to tale a pic of ky pizza but it was basically thin crust when i didn’t ask for a thin crust. No rise on the pizza, just bad experience in all.

I have never been disappointed by this place. Not only is the food a great price but the quality is also amazing. The customer service is incredible, I frequent fast food places and honestly great customer service is hard to find but everyone especially Sam has been very friendly and I am super impressed with this place.

Order a party pack with 1 large 2 topping pizza and 5lbs of wings. When I got my food it seemed to be short on wings. Check the weight on the wings and only recieve a little less than 2.5lbs of wings including the weight of the box which is just under half a pound. Now I understand the wings will lose some weight after cooking frozen wings but not 3 pounds. Called Pizza plus and talked to a manager and they offer me 2 pounds of wings which I took. recieved those and it was 1.5 pounds of wings again including the box.

Lunch buffet was great! Unfortunately a lot of people came in all at the same time and wiped out the pizza, so we had to wait 15 minutes for more to come out. I will be back for sure

Making boxes should be done somewhere else so that customers can sit and wait perhaps taking a further end table or the way. Other than that my order was correct this time. Staff was great.

Ok this used to the go to spot for pizza wings chicken fingers and fries…now its hot garbage. First we ordered when NO ONE was in there.we ordered a #2, a large pizza 2 topping, frys and 10 chicken fingers and 2 extra ranches…..took almost 30 mins to get the wrong size pizza that was over cooked… Then when I called them on it they made a small to make up for it…still waited for chicken and fries for another 13mins . once it came out it was ALL overcooked and dry. Even the soda machine wasnt working right. The bathroom(women’s) had NO TOILET SEAT LID AND NO PAPER. Gross.
Had to ask for the “customary veggies” …now like i said there was no one in when we ordered, while waiting 5-6 other customers came in (Hispanic ) and ALL ordered and received their orders before we got ours. Felt discriminatory to me….idk…
Manger was apologetic and attempted to fix order, his customer service was good. But overall felt like I didn’t belong there and was an inconvenience. WOMT GO AGAIN 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Subpar by far. I don’t know what pizza the good reviewers had, but I definitely didn’t have that experience. The pizza was burnt, wings barely had sauce (we had to jazz them up and re-cooked them) and the veggies seemed old and was only given a few pieces. The ranch wasn’t that great either. I WILL NEVER go to this place ever in life. I went to the one on Oddie. Waste of money! Yuck! The customer service sucked!

This was my first time ordering food here. I ordered the #7 at 7pm on a Sunday night and it took an hour and 45min. to arrive and I live a few blocks away. When the food arrived it was cold and the wings were dry like if they sat under the heat lamp all day, on top of being dry they were tasteless maybe half of them actually had the garlic parmesan on them, steak fries were soggy and undercooked. Yuck! Pizza was cold and also tasted bad. ONLY good thing was the fried zucchini and carrot sticks. I basically spent $55 for food that went to the trash.

Here’s the deal, l have been going here 33 years . l called the day before to order pizza and wings.They said it will be ready at 2:15 when l got there at 2:15 it wasn’t started.l waited one hour at 2:40 the pizza was ready left under the lights but not the wings. I got home had part of the order .Correct amounts not correct items.Friendly people. Super super busy but old pizza and cold wings suck. Hope they reach out and make my order right.
