I’ve been eating at Pizza Plus for years now. Not the biggest fan of their pizza but their subs were always great. I ordered a barbecue chicken sub online, once I got home with it and unwrapped it it looked like a completely different sandwich. They usually use a fresh baked dough for their sandwiches yet this was made with what tasted and looked like store bought sub rolls but definitely expired as it had an awful yeasty taste to it. Called to ask if they changed their recipe or maybe made a simple mistake, instead I just got made out to be a liar with no apology or any means to fix it. Pretty disappointing to pay $10 for something I couldn’t even eat.

I’m just happy they deliver. I can’t drive cuz I’m handicapped. So they’re like literally the only place near me in Jenkins that will deliver. I just pray that maybe the prices will come down just a tad or maybe they’ll be better specials.

Ordered 2 kids cups and received 2 adult cups
After a spill, I then got a kids cup.
Ordered 1 speciality pizza pan and 1 thin crust pizza.
Both came out pan,
Had to repeat my specialty pizza order 4 times.
Waitress was not rude or mean in anyway, just need to listen better and when u write the drink and food order down. Serve what is asked for.

Just recently moved back to Pound, the 3 online orders I’ve placed has been messed up each time. Last night I was just done and returned the food untouched and asked for a refund. Couldn’t do a refund,but offered to remake it, but in all fairness I lost faith in their food and just done. The manager allowed me to leave the credit in a family members names so they could get food with it instead.

Service was terrible, selection on buffet was the worse I have ever saw at a pizza plus. Staff didn’t care about customers. Staff would bring out one miserable pizza to feed 12 people, and would not bring another out for several minutes. Will not be going back anytime soon. Would give no stars but cant.
