My wife & I order from Domino’s Pizza (Chicopee, MA / Across Springfield plaza) all the time for years and for the most part they are good. The ONLY thing I would recommend is to not add xtra cheese because most of the time pizza does not look like it has xtra cheese. Other than that, they are nice, order ready when app saids is ready, del drivers are nice as well and product is good for the price. Use the app to order in which you could find great deals for the moment. I would recommend it..

I wanted to quickly share some feedback regarding a recent curbside pickup experience I had. When I came to collect my order, it seemed like things were moving quite slowly. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for it to be brought out to my car, which felt like a pretty long time!
I also had a thought while I was waiting – I sometimes wonder if the team bringing out orders might assume there’s no tip if it’s not visible on the digital order. I just wanted to clarify that I always make sure to tip in cash when I pick up my order!
Just wanted to flag this, as I usually have a really smooth experience. Bad customer service with assumptions on tipping. Makes me want to choose another dominos !

Usually my go to when I don’t feel like cooking but 2 of my last 3 orders were wrong. Today’s looked like it was dropped and the wrong toppings put on after it was out of the oven. Probably go back to using the springfield location as I never had an issue there and they are only 0.2 miles further from me staff was super friendly tho left feedback in the app both times but nothing came of it

Time for a different pizza place. I usually don’t have any issues with Dominos but after spending 55 dollars and receiving my order at 7pm and ordering it at 515pm it’s pretty bad that it was cold like second day dominos pretty much. The cheese sticks didn’t have any cheese in them and they were the wrong sticks anyway. Pretty much nothing went right with this order. Took an hour to quality check and was overcooked wrong and cold. That’s just the truth. Oh well just won’t order here again.

My first time in that store,bad experience. Placed my order on line and when I arrive to the store I followed all directions, I parked In front of the sing to wait for my pizza and put on my hazards after 7 minutes waiting I go inside to ask about my food and everyone looked at eah other like they didn’t know anything, after that a young lady gave me my pizza,no apologies or anything good food and bad service

Usually have a good experience here, the Pizza is good. Cooked well & is done Super fast. The curbside carryout is a Plus. No complaints. Recommended.

I am very happy with the time in witch I ordered, to when It was delivered. The wings were good and fell off the bones. The thin crust pizza I ordered was great. Wow, A whole lot better than in the 80’s.Good work Dominos.

UPDATE: JUST STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! The owner reached out mailed us some coupons with his name on them after our last bad experience. The food still was subpar. So we stopped ordering for like a year. The new stuffed crust came out we wanted to try. First the pizza had SOOOOO much sauce it was gross I mean sopping. My wife ate half a slice and was done, I choked down 1 and a half. The pizza was cut all sorts of messed up also so you had huge slices and 2 tiny baby slices. The stuffed crust the cheese is super bland super gooey. They try to cover that up I guess with the garlic parm on the crust maybe i dont know. Any way this place has super high turn over with employees, the employees they do currently have don’t know how to make food the onions looked like a toddler was helping mom or dad cook that night super tiny pieces giant pieces some onion skins… the food they do make is awful. I mean with all the ingredients done layed out for you. Really just how hard is it to make a pizza. You’d have to put more effort into making it bad than making it good imo.
This place has gone so downhill. The food is awful just awful. The employees could care less about the food that’s being made. For several months the food we’ve gotten seems like it was made by a child. Our last pizza had enough sauce and cheese on it to MAYBE cover half of an english muffin pizza. Stay away from this place. We will never waste our money here again. I wish we took a photo before it was tossed.
