Terrible experience. Order online for pick up. Go instore to pick up, hands us our order and says you paid. I say i think so, does it not say on the receipt? She says again “you paid.” We say ok thanks and are on our way. I double check the email confirmation but unfortunately the email does not confirm payment or payment type. Get home, sit down, miss 5 calls in 2 min from the store and pizza pizza. Answer to another employee at the store YELLING at me saying the employee said we WALKED OUT WITHOUT PAYING. What a lie!! She TWICE told us we had paid and double checked. Wanted me to give them my CC info immediately over the phone, i said no thanks i will call the customer service line and do it securely. Call customer service, explain, get put back on the line with another person at the store and then get hung up on. Took 20+ min to figure this out on the phone, thus pizza was cold by the time i was even able to enjoy it. Tried to submit a complaint and the guy on the phone said ” I just take payment what do you want me to do.” Also, not the first time we’ve had a crap experience here.
About a year back had placed a pre-order for pick up around 11:30am. Had ordered the night before. Show up to a dark store, locked. Call, no answer. Call customer service, say they’ll try to contact store. Turns out the employee just never showed up to open the store. Cool.

Absolutely disappointed with this location. I’ve ordered from Pizza Pizza all over Ontario and never had an issue — until now. The pizza I received was a complete letdown. The toppings tasted stale, weren’t even cut properly, and every slice was uneven and poorly made. It looked and tasted like zero care went into it.
I honestly feel like I wasted my money. Pizza Pizza needs to look into this franchise because this location is clearly not maintaining the brand’s quality standards. Save yourself the disappointment — avoid ordering from this location until they learn what a proper pizza should look and taste like.

Ordered a stromboli, got a panzerotti. It was one of the greasiest things I’ve even seen in my life. Literally leaving pools of grease in the bottom of the box. It was my first time eating Pizza Pizza in years, since I never liked it much. Figured I’d give it another shot, but this has convinced me to never go again. Absolute trash.

I ordered pizza slices using app ‘Too Good to Go’
They directly threw it in a plastic bag without any box. and when I raised the concern, someone (probably manager/owner) said, “this is how we pack for Tgtg orders.
A lady commented “these guys are not even able to spend 4$ and expect their food to be fresh”
For context ‘too good to go’ is app where you get discounted price.

They asked me to show them the paper receipt, otherwise they won’t hand out the order….. that’s ridiculous, I always ordered and paid online, no one else ask for paper receipt! Is there something wrong in this area that you guys don’t trust people here anymore? After 10 minutes of talking back and forth, showing proof of payment, finally, I got my food, just a $9 worth food……

I’ve always order delivery from this location and today I gotta say I am not happy at all! There was no 1 but 3 hairs on my pizza! My kids said eww mom I don’t want to eat that! I called pizza pizza and all they could offer was to resend it but now my kids won’t eat it because they saw the hair! As I read the reviews this is not the first time it happens!
