Love a spot that you can order breakfast in the afternoon! Place is a decent size and can accommodate to your party size! Food was great and the service was great as well! Also liked that they sold Mexican candy at the register so was able to purchase so sweets as I’m leaving was awesome. Can’t wait to be back!

Food was 10/10 love the authentic hand made tortillas, I saw the reviews but, they are lying, wonderful place to eat, very night and colorful, has a big menu items u can pick from, prices do seem reasonable based on how big of portions me and my family got.

Los Pérez is a great spot for authentic Mexican food in Waukegan. The chilaquiles and mole are full of flavor, and the all-day breakfast is a nice bonus. The staff is friendly and the vibe is welcoming.
Only downside is the price — a bit higher than some other local places. But the quality and portion sizes make it worth it. Definitely a solid choice for a good meal!

Bottom line the food is tasteless a exception from the salsa and the picada, the conbinacion Ixtapa the gordita was with Chicharron prenzado and don’t have any taste same with the chorizo in Scramble eggs with chorizo.

The food wasn’t that great. We asked for our steak cooked medium and it came well done and just tough to eat.
Over easy eggs did not just have a runny yolk as expected, but parts of the egg white was gooey and clear, undercooked.
Consistency of the shrimp was very gooey also and not cooked all the way through.
The flavors were wonderful, the char on the outside of the meats was a really great touch, but the inside isn’t being cooked properly or as ordered.
Just not a place I’d return to.

The food is always fantastic! The restaurant is accommodating for take out orders (especially for further drives). Always my go to brunch spot for chilaquiles & pancakes!
