I had a really good experience at this Pizza Pizza. The staff were friendly and attentive, and you could tell they cared about getting things right. They handled my order quickly, explained everything clearly, and the whole interaction just felt easy and pleasant.
The food was solid, too — the pizza was hot and fresh, with a good amount of toppings and a nice balance of crust and cheese. Everything tasted well-prepared, and it came out exactly the way I wanted.
Overall, this location is reliable and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good service and a well-made meal!
We ordered four pizzas. There’s a special on – two mediums comes with 4 drinks and dipping sauce. We ordered that as well as a gluten free pizza and another large.
They over billed us for the special and forgot the drinks and dipping sauce. They also forgot about the gluten free pizza.
I went to the store to get the gluten free pizza and asked for some credit as the other pizzas were going be cold by the time I got back. She just smiled and said no.
The pizza was finally done and I asked for my four drinks they forgot. They gave me runaround that it’s a walk-in special only. Nonsense ! I’ve made this order a few times and never a problem before. She took one drink out of the fridge and gave it to me. I said no, it’s four. She went and talked to her manager and then said they’d give me two. I again said no, four. I also reminded them they overcharged me for the order to which she was just oblivious. She ran back to her manager and finally gave me the four drinks.
Wouldn’t give me the dipping sauces, wouldn’t credit me ast all for overcharging on the special and no credit or even an apology for completely forgetting one of the pizzas.
Remember when Canadians running a shop provided great service and products? And when they messed up, they’d not only fix it, they’d credit you and make darn sure you were happy, as your business was important to them. That seems to be gone now with what Canada has sadly become. Nobody taught these people the importance of good customer service.
I would definitely recommend this Pizza Pizza store to all my friends and colleagues
Thanks so much for the great friendly service, keep up the great work Rajveer 🙂
The woman working at the counter made everything even worse. She was rude from the moment I walked in, and when I tried to explain that my pizza was burned and asked for a refund, she didn’t even bother to check it. Instead, she told me to get out of the store.
I walked out with a ruined pizza and no refund. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
This place is not worth my money anymore
I had a poorly made Pan Pizza delivered to my home. When I opened it, it was very overcooked. I decided to take it back and the person behind the counter simply told me that they are forced to overcook the pizza because of the way the dough is.
He then promptly told me that I can throw it out. We spent roughly $60 on our order including the delivery and we were left with awful service and even worse pizza.
This is an embarrassing moment for the franchise owner of this Pizza Pizza. It is clear that they do not take pride in their restaurant and are simply having this restaurant run on auto-pilot.
I would recommend corporate look into the quality of this location and re-examine their relationship with the franchise owner. This location is a stain on Pizza Pizza’s brand.
At the very least, our pizza could have been offered to be remade. Unfortunately we were simply told to throw it out if we don’t like it.
Good prices. Nice staff. Clean place.
They have different deals, so the bill was reasonable.
