My first time ordering here and I got handed the wrong pizza! It’s my fault for not checking it right then and there. I called to place an order for 1 whole pepperoni and half Italian sausage. I got half pepperoni and jalapeño. I also asked if they can cut the pizza patron style and I specifically said in RECTANGLES. This is not the pizza I ordered. Very poor service

I went here today 10/5/2025 customer service was bad I had ordered a sausage pizza and they put more cheese on the pizza then they did meat. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños and they just placed the jalapeños on top of the pizza. I will not be going back. Customer service sucks

Worst customer service ever.if i could give zero stars i would. Don’t answer phones to be able to place order. Get there and the girl says they were busy but yet when I walk in every one behind the counter are chilling. Henry the one in charge is the rudest. Very argumentative. Doesn’t take responsibility and to top it off my pizza was not made as ordered. Will contact corporate as well. Overall very disappointed because I love pizza patron and drive 25 min as this is my closest location.

I’ve given this location chance after chance. It’s very frustrating that simple things can’t be done right and then you receive attitude for not getting what you ordered and paid for. 1/24/25 I ordered 2 pizzas and also garlic butter crust. Neither had what I asked for and then after calling back I was told that they were out of it. She also asked if I wanted them to redo them then or within 2 weeks time. I’m not sure how I would’ve gotten what I ordered if you just said one of the requests was out. Fast forward to getting the replacements and also ordering a 5 meat pizza in addition to those 2 and I still didn’t get the garlic butter on the crust as promised. I called back today to try to reach the head manager, I was placed on hold without even waiting for me to respond after they asked and then they never came back to the line. At this point I hate to say that I’m going to have to drive 20 minutes to a different location to attempt to get what I actually order.

It’s ridiculous that I ordered 2 different flavors of wings, one for my son without spice, and they gave them to me in the same box where they are giving me the other order with the spicy wings! They are supposed to come in different boxes, I’m paying 23 dollars to get my food all mixed up in the same box!

I ordered some pizza and some wings. If you want a little chicken with your grease, then get your wings from here because the wings are swimming in grease. The pizza is okay but none of it was cut through, we had to cut it as there were basically just lines across the pizza where they attempted to cut it.

Everything I place an order ahead of time they prepare it far too early, when I arrive to pick my pizzas up they are barely warm. Barely enjoyable. And now that it’s the next day and I didn’t want to call at 9:15 to tell them I got cold pizza they’re treating it like an investigation. I just want a nice warm pizza that I paid for not the microwave dinner that I got.
