They’re really good and the food is hot when you get it, but they have taken much longer than quoted to get our order ready, so be prepared to wait. I will definitely order again, just know it’ll be a bit late.

The service and food are average, but the only bad thing is that they don’t accept $100 or $50 bills, and they never have change. I was going to pay more than $60, but they wouldn’t accept my $100 bill. I’ll never go back.

Beyond disappointed. I’m gonna do my search to speak to a hire up, not the manager. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn’t ready because they never notice my order had came thru online. They grabbed the ticket until I arrived for them to start preparing my order. I waited there for almost an hour. Since I had ordered churros and I saw a young man grabbing the churros to placed them in the fryer, but he had just touched the phones, scratched his head, touched the register and money & since he did not bother cleaning his hands or wear gloves. I asked the gentleman to have someone else prepared my churros and The manager came right at me, since she saw that I had my phone with me, she raised her voice stating “you are not allow to be recording a minor”, I was not recording I was watching my baseball game while waiting for my order.. she just assumed. The manager didn’t apologize for the confusion nor the delay. This is not right, I don’t live near the area and for this type of treatment/service I rather buy pizza somewhere else.

Delivered via door dash. Pizza was cold and crust soggy. Door dash never contacted us when they arrived. They were in the parking lot leaving when we decided to check. Had to flag them down.

Love love their pizza but today is the second time there is hair in my pizza. I feel as if the workers should mandatory wear hair nets they do work with food in a kitchen. They be wearing a cap but hair down like really? Please ask them to wear hair nets for sanitary purposes and hair up.
