Grabbed a pizza here with my buddy! It was delicious and a good value for the price. We took advantage of an online coupon (through their website) to order an XL pizza with one topping for $20.99 plus tax (February 2026).
The online portal was easy to use. We were able to split two toppings within the platform, add it to the cart, and still qualify for the promotion. This allowed us to add an extra flavor profile into our dinner while still keeping the meal affordable.
There are plenty of tables to eat-in, with napkins and paper plates available for use. They seem to do a good business, but it wasn’t too busy or too crowded.
I would stop by or order from them again while in the area.

I’ve been going here for a few years now! I LOVE their garlic Parmesan wings like the sauce is amazing. I would give 5 stars but something recently happened that my rating and made me want to speak up. So they have a rewards system and for the past like 3 years I’ve been apart of it I learned that on my birthday I got a free pizza. I spend my birthdays alone so I kind of made it my thing to go on my birthday and get my free pizza go to panera etc etc… yababadoo. ANYWHOO, This year I noticed I didn’t receive the email that I usually would get about the “gift” so I called & the lady on the phone answers and I explain to her the situation and I told her last year they had to look me up in the system and so she looked me up and said I don’t see anything about a pizza but I see a free dessert. I was confused because at this point it was a ritual for me… She got really rude with me on the phone and after we hung up I looked my account up and seen that the free dessert was the birthday reward but you have to spend $20 min.. So they took away the FREE pizza birthday reward and replaced it with a spend $20 and get a frozen piece of cake reward? That is so disheartening to me and between that and the General Managers attitude with me on the phone it kind of messed up my day.. It’s the little things and that is just greedy and stupid to me. But yeah the wings are still good lol.

I swear this can’t be frozen because the chicken is so tender. I had the chicken fingers last night and they were tender too. How can you beat this for 11 bucks? You can try fake Subway next door for even more just for the sandwich or get it fresh right here. Great staff. Love the girl at the front. Works days and is always inviting!!

I’m always slightly disappointed when I order takeaway and my favorite employee isn’t there. Don’t remember her name but she is always awesome and hilarious! The pizza has never let me down thus far, the spinach and feta rolls are the best around! The ranch is fantastic it’s a great day to order from Pizza Palermo!

I went here on Thanksgiving day as I had to unfortunately miss my family’s Thanksgiving, but wanted to get something to eat. To my surprise, Pizza Palermo was open! I got a large pizza and a side of breaded zucchini and everything was delicious. The staff were also very lovely and kind when I went to pick everything up. Highly recommend!

30 dollars for a 12 piece buffalo wings, i only asked for 2 bleu cheeses, and delivery. I recieved the most generic, unseasoned/marinated, and least tasteful wings.”, and a ranch i didn’t ask for but got charged for (they only should’ve charged me one bleu cheese sauce and gave me one, but i paid for two because i never asked for ranch at all). Delivery was on point. The woman who answered the phone, did so intentionally. I don’t like ranch that much, never asked for it, and got charged an extra 2-3 dollars after tax. Eating out is a complete waste of money at this point.

Pizza Palermo is a chain of pizza shops in Pittsburgh. We ordered a cheese pizza, salad, and breadsticks. The pizza was very doughy and the salad was made of iceberg lettuce. Saw a review on here to get the seafood hoagie and it had a lot of shrimo and imitation crab and I rlly liked how the provolone was crisped up. This was the half size for almost $10 and it was way bigger than I expected. Althought halfway in the bread started to taste half uncooked but it was super filling at the end
