Doughy pizza, tasty with sauce with a bit of spice. Large pie is 16 inches and was enough for 3 people. Pie wasn’t cut well enough creating torn slices.

Ordered the XL Palace Works pizza as a walk-in Carry Out, and it turned out great! The toppings tasted fresh, and were placed as far out to the edge of the crust as possible, which I loved bc it meant I got tremendous bang for my buck! And the crust was just right and the pizza tasted fantastic! I also ordered the Honey Old Bay wings which were very good but next time I’ll try the dry Old Bay wings which from other reviews, I’ll probably like better. But the pizza was super great!

How about today, I went here and was the only customer in the store when ordering the guy taking my order did not listen correctly to my order and gave me food I don’t eat after the order was ready
To pickup. We’ll I won’t be buying here anymore it seems it’s a waste of money and everybody’s time. I just wonder how many customers the Pizza palace employee does this to daily.

The food is delicious — the wings and the pizza are always excellent. However, today was my worst experience with this place. My son was really excited to enjoy their delicious food this Thursday, but everything was ruined by the poor delivery service. The delivery person insulted my son just because he didn’t leave a tip. That behavior is completely unacceptable, and one delivery driver should not ruin the hard work of an otherwise good business. It was very disappointing. After this experience, I won’t be ordering from this place again.

Man they don’t miss with the pizza and wings! I used to get the steak sub and fries because they were so good, but then I decided to get pizza and wings the last few times and yeah it’s on point. Only recommendation is a little more pizza sauce and it’ll be 5 star easy. Best part about the wings is they stay crispy, never got them soggy. Can only speak for lemon pepper wings tho I haven’t tried the other flavors.

Lamb gyro wrap was stuffed with plenty of meat and tasted really good. Pita bread was perfect. We, also, had Chicken Quesadilla that was good. Also, overstuffed with ingredients. Everything tasted fresh. French fries came with both items. Service was prompt and pleasant. Carryout only.

Super disappointed for being blamed that my sandwich was made wrong.
I ordered on GrubHub and specified my cheese and did not add any toppings. According to the restaurant, when I called, it was essentially my fault for not specifying. I’ll add a screenshot of what ordering looks like on GrubHub.
I patiently sat on hold for around 20 minutes and ended up sent in a circle. During my hold time I also got 3 calls in a row from a random New York number. Turns out the “order manager” had left me on hold and failed to tell me his manager was calling me. He was not rude or disrespectful when talking to me but very dismissive, explaining in a circle that that’s how the sandwich is made.
He said he’d remake the sandwich but I don’t know if I feel safe eating it now that I told him it wasn’t fair to blame me when the app is set up incorrectly for their store.
I thought it was nice to find a spot I liked for Italian food, but I don’t think I’ll ever order there again after strikingly poor customer service. It’s been 30 minutes, i still haven’t received my new sandwich.
Edit: Recieved a lukewarm sandwich almost an hour after being told I’d get a replacement and the same delivery driver brought it to me and decided to give me a look like I had done something wrong before silently leaving. Definitely avoiding this place from now on.
