About a month ago, the store took our order but forgot to actually make it, forcing us to wait an additional 20 minutes outside. But we gave them another chance. This time the pizza arrived half cooked. The dough was half raw. We were then told to get it well done. So we did. And they burned the pizza right through. Three strikes, you’re out. If you want good pizza that’s ready within an acceptable time period, avoid this location.

I ordered pesto sauce and I got tomato sauce which tasted awful! The crust was not cooked and raw under the huge amount of sauce. Also, the dairy-free mozzarella style cheese doesn’t taste good, I don’t recommend it.

I’m writing to express concerns about the Pizza Nova location I visited. As a customer, I expect food to be prepared according to my order. When I ordered a vegetarian slice, I was surprised to find pepperoni on the side. Upon inquiry, the staff member confirmed that they prepare both vegetarian and meat slices on the same pizza and use the same blade for cutting.
I was disappointed with the staff’s response to my concern. They seemed unapologetic and dismissive. One staff member, who identified himself as Muslim, argued that eating pepperoni was acceptable and implied that my concern was unwarranted.
To resolve this issue, I recommend that Pizza Nova corporate investigate this location and review their food preparation procedures to ensure they meet customer expectations. Specifically, they could consider:
1. Separating vegetarian and meat slices during preparation
2. Using separate blades for cutting different types of slices
3. Providing clearer labeling and communication about food preparation methods
